n Robert L. Mitchell, 53, of Claverack, was arrested at 6:30 a.m. Aug. 13 in Claverack and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle with alcohol, an unclassified misdemeanor; and two counts of unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Raymond C. Youmans, 62, of Durham, was arrested at 8:20 a.m. Aug. 14 in Livingston and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Trevor J. Welch, 39, of Kinderhook, was arrested at 12:01 p.m. Aug. 15 in Kinderhook and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Scott R. Sudds, 31, of Greenville, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 15 in Greenport and charged with being an out-of-state fugitive from justice and revoking parole, both state law category 9 offenses. He was held.

n Terry L. Whitman, 57, of Ancram, was arrested at 6:32 p.m. Aug. 15 in Taghkanic and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Tyler Rodriguez, 23, of the Bronx, was arrested at 11:55 p.m. Aug. 15 in Livingston and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana with over 25 grams, a class B misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Joshua A. Risley, 37, of Saugerties, was arrested at 3:15 p.m. Aug. 16 in Livingston and charged with issuing a bad check, a class B misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n David J. Mohr, 23, of Bayville, was arrested at 3 a.m. Aug. 17 in Kinderhook and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Bryant G. Marin, 29, of Valatie, was arrested at 5:31 p.m. Aug. 17 in Kinderhook and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a class E felony; and trespassing, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Kyle Danker, 25, of Ghent, was arrested at 1:48 a.m. Aug. 18 in Greenport and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Andrew C. Taylor, 32, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 1:36 a.m. Aug. 19 in Greenport and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Walter J. Castings, 38, of Woodbury, Connecticut, was arrested at 4:07 p.m. Aug. 19 and charged with four counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child, a class E felony and first-time offense; driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor; three counts of a safety belt violation: having a backseat passenger between the ages of 7 and 15 not wearing a seat belt, a restraint violation: having a backseat passenger between the ages of 4 and 6 no being in a child restraint seat and a seat belt violation of the driver not wearing a seat belt and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on the highway, all infractions. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Lamar R. Hudson, 30, of Highland, was arrested at 3 a.m. Aug. 20 in Taghkanic and charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.

n Gary P. Montana, 32, of Hudson, was arrested at noon Aug. 21 in Greenport and charged with being a fugitive from justice, a state law category 9 offense. He was held.

n Timothy E. Laraway, 66, of New Lebanon, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. Aug. 21 in New Lebanon and charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Frank Desposito, 46, of Hudson, was arrested at 11:14 a.m. Aug. 5 in Greenport and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs with a previous conviction and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both class E felonies. He was held in lieu of $500 bail and had a court date set for Aug. 20.

n Kayli Goetz, 23, of Schenectady, was arrested at 5:44 p.m. Aug. 9 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She has a court date set for Sept. 5.

n Emil Meltz IV, 26, of Catskill, was arrested on a warrant at 8:19 pm. Aug. 16 in Ghent and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. He was held in lieu of $500 bail and had a court date set for Aug. 20.
