n Manuel Cintron, 46, of Hillsdale, was arrested at 5 p.m. Sept. 1 in Claverack and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Vaughn P. Bordas, 37, of Copake Falls, was arrested at 5:15 p.m. Sept. 1 in Claverack and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Diego A. Quintero-Buitrago, 35, of Jersey City, New Jersey, was arrested at 12:53 a.m. Sept. 2 in Copake and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Roman A. Smith, 27, of Hudson, was arrested at 3:23 a.m. Sept. 2 in Hyde Park and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, an equipment violation of failing to dim lights and a motor vehicle violation of having no license, both infractions. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Nikki Y. Kickery, 30, of Great Barrington, Massachusetts, was arrested at 11:55 p.m. Sept. 2 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and crossing road hazard markings, an infraction. She was released to a third party.

n David P. Lamoureux, 31, of Pownal, Vermont, was arrested at 12:54 a.m. Sept. 3 in Chatham and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class A misdemeanor; operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n A 17-year-old girl, of Claverack, was arrested at 7:58 p.m. Sept. 3 in Claverack and charged with two counts of assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, a class D felony; and two counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use, a class A misdemeanor. Her arrestee status is unknown.

n Christopher M. Hohla, 45, of Red Hook, was arrested at 4:50 p.m. Sept. 5 in Livingston and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Scott R. Laurange, 29, of Valatie, was arrested at 6:40 p.m. Sept. 5 in Chatham and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor; disorderly conduct and second-degree harassment with physical contact, both violations. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Merily Hults, 53, of Chatham, was arrested at 8:09 p.m. Aug. 14 in Ghent and charged with second-degree endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree reckless endangerment, both class A misdemeanors. She was released on her own recognizance and had a court date set for Aug. 20.

n Alexander Bonk, 32, of Niverville, was arrested on a warrant at 7:00 p.m. Aug. 25 in Niverville and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance and had a court date set for Sept. 4.

n Joseph Welch, 70, of Kinderhook, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. Aug. 26 in Kinderhook and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony; driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; having a suspended vehicle registration, an unclassified misdemeanor; operating with no license, operating without insurance, failing to keep right, failing to use a designated lane, and driving an uninspected motor vehicle, all infractions. He was released on his own recognizance and had a court date set for Aug. 28.

n Nickolas Corkery, 28, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 2:03 a.m. Aug. 29 in Claverack and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class C felony; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was held in lieu of $5,000 bail or $7,500 bond and will return to court at a later date.

n Holly Cross, 36, of Valatie, was arrested at 11:07am August 29 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and possession of controlled substance in a non-original container, a violation. She has a court date set for Sept. 10.

n Jeremiah Simpson, 39, of Copake, was arrested on a warrant at 7:05 p.m. August 31 in Livingston and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony. He was held in lieu of $20,000 bail or $40,000 bond and has a court date set for Oct. 5.

n Patrice Campbell, 39, of Hudson, was arrested at 8:47 a.m. Sept. 1 in Greenport and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, an unclassified misdemeanor. She has a court date set for Sept. 17.

n Donna Maisenbacher, 54, of Germantown, was arrested at 6 p.m. Sept. 2 in Stockport and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance and has a court date set for Sept. 10.
