STATE POLICE

n Eric J. Seel, 24, of New York, was arrested at 9:12 a.m. Sept. 6 in Claverack and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Richard M. Nunez, 23, of New York, was arrested at 9:12 a.m. Sept. 6 in Claverack and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Nunez’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Lawrence J. Hermance, 20, of Valatie, was arrested at 10:27 p.m. Sept. 6 in Kinderhook and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Nancy L. Wise, 28, of Craryville, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. Sept. 7 in Hudson and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n A 16-year-old boy, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. Sept. 8 in Livingston and charged with first-degree reckless endangerment and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled stolen property of property valued at over $1,000, both class D felonies. He was held.

n An 18-year-old boy, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. Sept. 8 in Livingston and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled stolen property of property valued at over $1,000, both class D felonies. He was held.

n Peter J. Gunthel, 41, of North Salem, was arrested at 11:20 p.m. Sept. 9 in Claverack and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n George R. Brehm, 58, of Philmont, was arrested at 7:38 p.m. Sept. 10 in Claverack and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, a class E felony; and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Bruce Hotaling, 42, of Hudson, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. Sept. 10 in Greenport and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a class A misdemeanor; and issuing a bad check, a class B misdemeanor. He was released to a third party.

n Tyler C. Rossi, 23, of Catskill, was arrested at 4:50 a.m. Sept. 11 in Claverack and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.

n Maria M. Ruiz, 54, of Valatie, was arrested at 1:37 p.m. Sept. 11 in Kinderhook and charged with unlawful growing of cannabis, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jose L. Torres, 24, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 5:35 p.m. Sept. 11 in New Lebanon and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a firerarm/weapon, two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n George M. Patrick, 39, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. Sept. 11 in Livingston and charged with two counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle, a class E felony and first-time offense; operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was held in lieu of cash bail.

n Jon D. Brenzel, 52. of Greenport, was arrested at 10 p.m. Sept. 11 in Greenport and charged with two counts of unlawful growing of cannabis and two counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana over 2 oz., both class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Gerald W. Wyant, 45, of Hudson, was arrested at 10 p.m. Sept. 11 in Greenport and charged with two counts of unlawful growing of cannabis and two counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana over 2 oz., both class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Dean C. Mellan, 20, of Copake, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. Sept. 12 in Copake and charged with third-degree assault, criminal mischief: reckless property damage of less than $250, both class A misdemeanors; and disorderly conduct: fighting/violent behavior, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Cathryn G. Oliveri, of Hudson, was arrested at 11:25 p.m. Sept. 12 in Hudson and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. She was released to a third-party.

COLUMBIA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

n Jason Graziosi, 35, of Elizaville, was arrested at 12:06 p.m. Aug. 31 in Gallatin and charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating with a suspended registration, both unclassified misdemeanors; operating with no insurance, having an expired vehicle inspection and having an inadequate muffler, all infractions. He had a court date set for Sept. 12.

n Steven Belfi, 26, of Greenport, was arrested at 12:09 a.m. Sept. 2 in Greenport and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and failure to dim headlights, an infraction. Belfi was operating a vehicle on Fairview Avenue in the town of Greenport when he failed to dim his headlights, police said. He was held in lieu of $1,000 bail or $2,000 bond and has a court date set for Sept. 17.

n Amy Lasher, 45, of Hudson, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. Sept. 3 in Chatham and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She has a court date set for Sept. 17.

n Sheth Gandolfo, 33, of Stuyvesant, was arrested at 5:50 p.m. Sept. 3 in Stuyvesant and charged with second-degree criminal trespass, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance and had a court date set for Sept. 5.

n Kristopher Skarzynski, 20, of East Schodack, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. Sept. 4 in Niverville and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; speeding and having an uninspected motor vehicle, both infractions. He has a court date set for Sept. 18.
