STATE POLICE

n Juan Cintron, 47, of Stottville, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. Oct. 19 in Claverack and charged with two counts of manufacturing drug related paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor; and two counts of unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Scott D. Boyles, 56, of Hillsdale, was arrested at 7:45 p.m. Oct. 25 in Hillsdale and charged with criminal mischief: reckless property damage of over $250, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jason E. McCagg, 23, of Hudson, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. Oct. 25 in Claverack and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana over 25 grams, a class B misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n John J. Houdershieldt, 41, of Bayonne, New Jersey, was arrested at 1 p.m. Oct. 26 in Livingston and charged with first-degree identity theft: causing financial loss, a class D felony; and fourth-degree grand larceny of a property valuing over $1,000, a class E felony. He was held.

n Fredrick J. Plass, 42, of Elizaville, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. Oct. 27 in Clermont and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Mitchell A. Finn, 23, of Sheffield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 2:02 a.m. Oct. 27 in New Lebanon and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was released to a third party.

n Nichole Falwell, 32, of New Lebanon, was arrested at 4:55 p.m. Oct. 27 in Canaan and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Collin W. Wood, 31, of Kinderhook, was arrested at 10:04 p.m. Oct. 27 in Kinderhook and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle, a class E felony and first-time offense; two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; refusing to take a breath test and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on the highway, both infractions. Wood’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Roy Manson, 48, of East Greenbush, was arrested at 10:57 p.m. Oct. 27 in Kinderhook and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date

n Ben G. Ezzell, 33, of Germantown, was arrested at 11:29 p.m. Oct. 27 in Clermont and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher with a prior conviction and driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, both class E felonies. Ezzell’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Jennifer A. Sesma, 39, of Chatham, was arrested at 11:50 p.m. Oct. 27 in Chatham and charged with driving while intoxicated: driving a commercial vehicle of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was released to a third party.

n Eric T. Hinz, 19, of Old Chatham, was arrested at 3:21 a.m. Oct. 28 in Hudson and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class A misdemeanor; and fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later date.

n Joshua R. Charron, 21, of Philmont, was arrested at 3:46 p.m. Oct. 28 in Philmont and charged with third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony. He was held in lieu of cash bail.

n An 18-year-old woman, 18, of Claverack, was arrested at 10 a.m. Oct. 29 in Livingston and charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. She was held.

n Kayla Dugan, 28, of Nassau, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 29 in Ghent and charged with third-degree bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor. She was held.

n Melissa Johanson, 30, of Claverack, was arrested at 10:46 a.m. Oct. 31 in Hillsdale and charged with second-degree criminal contempt by disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor. Johnson’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Juan C. Mayorga, 24, of Chatham, was arrested at 1:46 a.m. Nov. 1 in Chatham and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, a class E felony; aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor; a traffic device violation of running a red light, moving unsafely from a lane, unsafe backing of a vehicle, driving in a motor vehicle on or across from a sidewalk and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, all infractions. He was held.

COLUMBIA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

n David Gough Jr., 48, of Hillsdale, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. Oct. 20 in Copake and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. He was held in lieu of $250 bail or $500 bond and is due to appear in court at a later date.
