STATE POLICEn A 15-year-old boy, of Canaan, was arrested at 11:11 a.m. Nov. 8 in Canaan and charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, a class A misdemeanor; and reckless endangerment of property, a class B misdemeanor. He was held in lieu of bail bond.
n Isaiah J. Kasekas, 20, of Ghent, was arrested at 7 p.m. Nov. 8 in Ghent and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana with over 25 grams, a class B misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n John Acklin, 55, of Bandera, Texas, was arrested at 9 p.m. Nov. 8 in Greenport and charged with first-degree criminal sexual act with a victim under 11, a class B felony. He was held in lieu of bail bond.
n A 16-year-old boy, of Claverack, was arrested at 11:55 a.m. Nov. 9 in Claverack and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n A 17-year-old boy, of Claverack, was arrested at 12:55 p.m. Nov. 9 in Claverack and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Christopher M. Greene, 33, of Kinderhook, was arrested at 7:13 p.m. Nov. 9 in Kinderhook and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was held in lieu of $50 cash bail.
n Andrew M. Tuthill, 33, of West Lebanon, was arrested at 10:55 p.m. Nov. 9 in New Lebanon and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Carlos D. Quist, 19, of Philmont, was arrested at 6:55 p.m. Nov. 10 in Livingston and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was held.
n Wallace A. Powell, 45, of Philmont, was arrested at 6:55 p.m. Nov. 10 in Livingston and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and two counts of unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Powell’s arrestee status is unknown.
n Daniel L. Moore, 35, of Dalton, Massachusetts, was arrested at 12:47 p.m. Nov. 10 in New Lebanon and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a firearm/weapon, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; a motor vehicle license violation of having no license, and driving while using a portable electronic device, both infractions. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Zachary J. Burgess, 27, of Wilbraham, Massachusetts, was arrested at 2:23 p.m. Nov. 11 in New Lebanon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Timothy C. Chapman, 24, of Hampden, Massachusetts, was arrested at 2:23 p.m. Nov. 11 in New Lebanon and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana over 2 oz., a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Deanna J. Hughes, 33, of Livingston, was arrested at 8:28 p.m. Nov. 11 in Claverack and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Misty A. Weed, 34, of Valatie, was arrested at 12:05 p.m. Nov. 13 in Kinderhook and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Emil Mentz, 55, of Ghent, was arrested at 3:50 p.m. Nov. 13 in Ghent and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Joseph D. Shaw, 22, of Castleton-on-Hudson, was arrested at 2:40 p.m. Nov. 14 in Kinderhook and charged with first-degree dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image and second-degree unlawful surveillance for amusement or profit, both class E felonies. He was held.
COLUMBIA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICEn Zachary Haun, 25, of Buffalo, was arrested at 1:17 a.m. Oct. 20 in Kinderhook and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; and failing to keep right, an infraction. He had a court date set for Nov. 13.
n John Moritz, 62, of Austerlitz, was arrested at 5:41 p.m. Oct. 31 in Hillsdale and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first time offense; failing to stop at a stop sign, failing to signal a turn and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, all infractions. He had a court date set for Nov. 14.
n Tavina Fails, 50, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. Nov. 2 in Taghkanic and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was held in lieu of $250 bail and had a court date set for Nov. 15.
n Zilla Kelly, 20, of New Lebanon, was arrested on a warrant at 2:47 a.m. Nov. 3 in Stuyvesant and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and had court date set for Nov. 7.
n Jessie Vanderwalker, 24, of Claverack, was arrested at 4:30 a.m. Nov. 4 in Claverack and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was held in lieu of $500 bail and has a court date set for Nov. 20.
