STATE POLICE

n Monier Mahidashti, 24, of Niverville, was arrested at 8;35 p.m. Nov. 15 in Ghent and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor, moving unsafely from a lane and a speed violation of imprudent speed, both infractions. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Thomas J. Wheeler, 75, of Pine Plains, was arrested at 9:05 p.m. Nov. 16 in Gallatin and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. He was released to a third party.

n Michael T. Bell, 47, of Watervliet, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. Nov. 16 in Ghent and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana with over 25 grams, a class B misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Cy M. Gavin, 33, of New York City, was arrested at 3:38 a.m. Nov. 17 in Greenport and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses, and driving left of pavement markings, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Eric D. Humbert, 47, of Hillsdale, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. Nov. 17 in Hillsdale and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense, aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no priors, an unclassified misdemeanor; two counts of a motor vehicle violation of failing to notify an address change, operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on the highway and having unsafe tires, all infractions. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Rachel E. Hanson, 28, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 9:51 p.m. Nov. 17 in New Lebanon and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Katelyn K. Carmin, 28, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. Nov. 17 in New Lebanon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Alexandra E. Gilbert, 27, of Chatham, was arrested at 12:20 p.m. Nov. 18 in Chatham and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Anthony J. Valenti, 32, of Valatie, was arrested at 6:03 p.m. Nov. 19 in Clinton and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor, and failing to respond to an appearance ticket, a violation. He was held.

n Shaun L. Huls, 28, of Canaan, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. Nov. 20 in Canaan and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Nicole E. Pixley, 24, of Canaan, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. Nov. 20 in Canaan and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Conner R. Geel, 21, of Valatie, was arrested at 1:06 a.m. Nov. 21 in Kinderhook and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, controlled substances in a non-original container and unlawful possession of a controlled substance, both violations. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
