State police

n Matthew Barnes, 68, of Copake Falls, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. Nov. 30 in Copake and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and leaving the scene of a property damage accident, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jenine M. Filipelli-Vosburgh, 54, of Stephentown, was arrested at 6:27 p.m. Dec. 1 in Canaan and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Trevi C. Fountain, 31, of Los Angeles, California, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. Dec. 2 in Claverack and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was released to a third party.

n Jacquelyn T. Hotaling, 42, of Hudson, was arrested at 3:12 a.m. Dec. 2 in Greenport and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n David R. Long, 40, of Stuyvesant, was arrested at 12:59 a.m. Dec. 3 in Stuyvesant and charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree criminal mischief by preventing an emergency call, criminal obstruction of breathing by blocking the nose or mouth, all class A misdemeanors; and second-degree harassment by using physical contact, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Tyler H. Edmonds, 22, of Elizaville, was arrested at 2:55 p.m. Dec. 4 in Clinton and charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, all class A misdemeanor; first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor; moving unsafely from a lane, a right-of-way violation of failing to yield to an emergency vehicle and a speed violation of imprudent speed, all infractions. He was held.

n Ray X. Ramirez, 20, of the Bronx, was arrested at 1:21 a.m. Dec. 5 in Claverack and charged seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
