n Albert C. Langlois, 36, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 10:47 a.m. Dec. 8 in New Lebanon and charged with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and a front passenger over the age of 16 not wearing a seat belt, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n William C. Thompson, 50, of East Chatham, was arrested at 8:18 p.m. Dec. 8 in Chatham and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was released to a third party.

n Chad M. Scott, 24, of Ancram, was arrested at 10 p.m. Dec. 8 in Copake and charged with first-degree burglary with a dangerous instrument, a class B felony. He was held.

n Clarence Scott, 52, of Philmont, was arrested at 10 p.m. Dec. 8 in Chatham and charged with burglary of a dwelling while causing injury, a class B felony. He was held in lieu of cash bail.

n Martinique B. Baptiste, 36, of Hudson, was arrested at 11 p.m. Dec. 8 in Livingston and charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.

n Jeffrey M. Brew, 28, of Valatie, was arrested at 7:09 a.m. Dec. 9 in Chatham and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony; unauthorized use of a vehicle without the owner’s consent, a class A misdemeanor; operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; operator leaving the scene of a property damage restaurant and moving unsafely from a lane, both infractions. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Luis F. Martinez, 25, of Huntington Station, was arrested at 12:15 p.m. Dec. 9 in Chatham and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Steven C. Golieb, 29, of Millinocket, Maine, was arrested at 4:58 p.m. Dec. 9 in Chatham and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon: loaded firearm, a class C felony. He was held in lieu of bail bond.

n Andrew D. Thrasher, 21, of Wassaic, was arrested at 7:25 p.m. Dec. 9 in Taghkanic and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Faline C. Kiablick, 53, of Austerlitz, was arrested at 1:59 p.m. Dec. 10 in Kinderhook and charged with two counts of petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Nicholas Birk, 28, of Catskill, was arrested at 7:15 p.m. Dec. 10 in Hudson and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Louis C. Christie, 54, of Stephentown, was arrested at 6 p.m. Dec. 12 in New Lebanon and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; controlled substances in a non-original container and unlawful possession of marijuana, both violations. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Mindy J. Bailey, 36, of Berlin, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. Dec. 12 in New Lebanon and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Ryan D. Kohanski, 20, of East Chatham, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. Dec. 12 in Kinderhook and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; and a motor vehicle license violation of having no license, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Adrianna R. Cooper, 21, of Halfmoon, was arrested at 10:42 p.m. Dec. 12 in New Lebanon and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; an equipment violation of failing to dim lights and a license plate violation of having an irregular plate display, both infractions. She was released to a third party.

n Alejandro Merino, 28, of the Bronx, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. Nov. 24 in Kinderhook and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; speeding and failure to dim high beams, both infractions. He has a court date set for Dec. 18.

n Sheth Gandolfo, 33, of Claverack, was arrested at 6:40 p.m. Dec. 3 in Hillsdale and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and has a court date set for Dec. 19.

n Shauna Cripps, 27, of Claverack, was arrested on a warrant at 8:10 a.m. Dec. 4 in Claverack and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument, both class A misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Sheth Gandolfo, 33, of Claverack, was arrested at 5:19 p.m. Dec. 7 in Hillsdale and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and has a court date set for Dec. 19.

n Krystal Winter, 24, of Albany, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. Dec. 7 in Valatie and charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, both class A misdemeanors; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; failing to stop at a stop sign, failing to yield right-of-way and failing to signal a turn, all infractions. She has a court date set for Dec. 18.

n Lucas Darling, 39, of Copake, was arrested at 9:24 p.m. Dec. 7 in Copake and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance and has a court date set for Dec. 17.
