n Dawn L. Kipp, 42, of Copake, was arrested at 4 p.m. Feb. 25 in Cairo and charged with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and having a controlled substance in a non-original container, a violation. She was issued an appearance for a future court date.

n Randy R. Morris, 62, of Marlborough, Massachusetts, was arrested at 2:12 p.m. Feb. 27 in Chatham and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor; and refusing to take a breathalyzer, moving from a lane unsafely and a speeding violation, all infractions. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n Sean L. Breland, 22, of Troy, was arrested at 3:37 p.m. Feb. 27 in New Lebanon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance , a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n James M. Kennedy, 63, of New Lebanon, was arrested at 8:50 p.m. in New Lebanon and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor; and a speeding violation, an infraction. His arrestee status is unknown.

n John D. Herthneck, 48, of Spring, Texas, was arrested at 10:34 p.m. Feb. 28 in Greenport and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. His arrestee status is unknown.

n Natale M. Reed, 46, of Cambridge, New York, was arrested at 9:32 p.m. Feb. 28 in New Lebanon and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n Prince O. Omigie, 31, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. March 1 in Claverack and charged with second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a class D felony; fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a class E felony; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. His arrestee status is unknown.

n A 17-year-old male of New Lebanon was arrested at 5:13 p.m. March 1 in New Lebanon and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n Gary W. Jamross, 59, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. in New Lebanon and charged with driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .08 with a prior conviction, a class E felony; driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor; moving from a lane unsafely, speeding and crossing hazard markings, all infractions. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n Devin A. Stroh, 24, of Richmond, Virginia, was arrested at 2:10 p.m. on March 3 in Claverack and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and first-degree operation of a motor while impaired by drugs, both unclassified misdemeanors; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n Sarah M. Gaylord, 38, of Craryville, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. March 3 in Copake and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree falsely reporting an incident, both class A misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n Andrea R. Mannino, 40, of Hudson, was arrested at 8 a,m. March 3 in Chatham and charged with manufacturing drug related paraphernalia and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors; first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor; and having a controlled substance in a non-original container, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n Andrew C. Nucci, 34, of Hudson, was arrested at 5:59 a.m. March 3 in Chatham and charged with manufacturing drug related paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Daniel Martin, 29, of Hillsdale, was arrested at 6 p.m. Feb. 18 in Copake and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child, both class A misdemeanors; and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was held.

n Torrey Dell, 22, of Hudson, was arrested on a warrant at 6:49 p.m. Feb. 19 in Livingston and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a class A misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance.

n Ashley Finch, 29, of Kingston, was arrested at 1:25 p.m. Feb. 8 in Greenport and charged with second-degree criminal impersonation, a class A misdemeanor; and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle an unclassified misdemeanor. She was issued appearance tickets for a later court date.

n Emil Meltz III, 56, of Ghent, was arrested at 7:45 p.m. Feb. 20 in Ghent and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a class E felony; and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was held.
