n Kathleen M. Lion, 54, of Wilton, was arrested at 3 p.m. Aug. 2 in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor; and controlled substances in a nonoriginal container, a violation. She was released to a third party.

n Joseph A. Greco, 45, of East Durham, was arrested at 11:11 p.m. Aug. 3 in Durham and charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment, a violation. Greco’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Jamisen T. Saulpaugh, 35, of Cairo, was arrested at 1:25 a.m. Aug. 4 in Cairo and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, both class E felonies; and using another vehicle without an interlock device, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.

n Timothy F. Mischke, 27, of Lindenhurst, was arrested at 9:07 a.m. Aug. 4 in Coeymans and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; controlled substances in a non-original container, unlawful possession of marijuana, both violations; a motor vehicle violation of having no license and a speed violation of speeding in a work zone, both infractions. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Stephen P. O’Brien, 27, of Brighton, Massachusetts, was arrested at 10:18 p.m. Aug.4 in Greenville and charged with seventh-degree criminal; possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Louis Stravinsky, 30, of Bellport, was arrested at 2:25 a.m. Aug. 5 in Hunter and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with alcohol or drugs, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and an equipment violation of having no headlights, an infraction. He was released to a third party.

n Kerri M. Cedeno, 46, of East Durham, was arrested at 2:44 a.m. Aug. 5 in Durham and charged with second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree aggravated harassment with a threat, both class A misdemeanors; and second-degree harassment using physical contact, a violation. Cedeno’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Martin M. Martinez, 39, of Hudson, was arrested at 4:38 a.m. Aug. 5 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses.

n Ryan W. Benzeno, 32, of Cairo, was arrested at 5:17 p.m. Aug. 5 in Cairo and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor, an ATV violation of being a registered and an ATV violation of not riding on the seat, both infractions. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n James J. Hines, 30, of Catskill, was arrested at 9:48 p.m. Aug. 5 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher with a prior conviction and driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, both class E felonies. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Cristine Silver, 45, of Jersey City, New Jersey, was arrested at 10:46 p.m. Aug. 5 in Athens and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Shawn A. Hylton, 30, of Purling, was arrested at 12:13 a.m. Aug. 6 in Cairo and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor. Hylton’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Laura Carlsen, 20, of South Cairo, was arrested at 2:47 a.m. Aug. 6 in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Bulich, 26, of Leeds, was arrested at 8:25 p.m. Aug. 6 in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Stephanie E. Pelton, 26, of Albany, was arrested at 2:45 p.m. Aug. 7 in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Richena F. Maurer, 44, of Catskill, was arrested at 11:01 a.m. July 30 in Catskill and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. She had a court date set for Aug. 8 at 2 p.m.

n Parrish S. Cleary, 54, of Cairo, was arrested at 6:17 p.m. July 30 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He had a court date set for Aug. 8 at 2 p.m.

n Raymond A. Benjamin, 49, of Catskill, was arrested at 6:54 p.m. July 30 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He had a court date set for Aug. 8 at 2 p.m.

n William Cartayas, 37, of Monticello, was arrested at 5:58 p.m. Aug. 2 in Catskill and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor. He was held in lieu of $1,000 bail or $2,000 bond.

n Marjory R. Unger, was arrested at 6:41 a.m. Aug. 3 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdmeanor. Unger’s arrestee status is unknown and no information about Unger is available.

n Darren H. Larose, 30, of Freehold, was arrested at 4:55 p.m. Aug. 4 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He has a court date set for Aug. 30 at 9:30 a.m.

n Alisha L. Twiss, 30, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. Aug. 4 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She has a court date set for Aug. 30 at 9:30 a.m. No other information about Twiss is available.

n Anthony Vining, 18, of Saugerties, was arrested at 4:39 p.m. Aug. 5 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He has a court date set for Aug. 30 at 9:30 a.m.

n Abigail Drobner, 20, of Saugerties, was arrested at 4:50 p.m. Aug. 5 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She has a court date set for Aug. 30 at 9:30 a.m.

n Christopher B. Peace, 45, of Catskill, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. Aug. 5 in Catskill and charged with second-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class D felony. He was held in lieu of $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond.
