n Aileen M. Ceriello, 62, of New Baltimore, was arrested at 5:15 p.m. Aug. 12 in Coxsackie and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor; failing to keep right on a two lane road and moving unsafely from a lane, both infractions. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Veronica Evans, 46, of Catskill, was arrested at 10:13 a.m. Aug. 13 in Cairo and charged with second-degree offering a filed false instrument, offering a false written statement and third-degree false reporting of an incident, all class A misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Shanon M. Wilson, 33, of Freeport, was arrested at 11:22 a.m. Aug. 13 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana with over 16 oz., operating a vehicle without insurance and failing to use signal lights, both infractions. He was held in lieu of $20,000 cash bail.

n Taliek S. Wilkins, 28, of Rosedale, was arrested at 3:33 p.m. Aug. 13 in Coxsackie and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property: possessing a credit card, a class E felony; petty larceny, third-degree identity theft: obtaining goods and third-degree unlawful possession of a person ID, all class A misdemeanors. He was held in lieu of bail bond.

n Donald J. Blowers, 48, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 6:15 p.m. Aug. 13 in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, both class E felonies; second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest and using another vehicle without an interlock device, all class A misdemeanors. Blowers’ arrestee status is unknown.

n Michael A. Locascio, 26, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 7 a.m. Aug. 14 in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree possession of dangerous contraband in prison and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction, both class D felonies. He was held.

n Joshua M. Weisinger, 35, of Acra, was arrested at 7:32 a.m. Aug. 14 in Cairo and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Peter J. Nyman, 53, of Hannacroix, was arrested at 1:07 p.m. Aug. 14 in Greenville and charged with assault: recklessly causing physical injury, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Zachary M. Herbert, 20, of Hensonville, was arrested at 12:51 a.m. Aug. 15 in Cairo and charged with second-degree menacing with a weapon and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use, both class A misdemeanors. He was held in lieu of bail bond.

n An 18-year-old man, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 10 a.m. Aug. 15 in Saugerties and charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.

n Abdullah J. Jenkins, 26, of Catskill, was arrested at 3:57 p.m. Aug. 15 in Catskill and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction, a class D felony. He was held.

n Brandon T. Danzy, 26, of Ravena, was arrested at 11:25 p.m. Aug. 17 in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Larissa F. Morse, 30, of Ravena, was arrested at 11:28 p.m. Aug. 17 in Coxsacie and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Richard F. Thorpe, 34, of Manchester, Connecticut, was arrested at 1:43 a.m. Aug. 18 in Hunter and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and an equipment violation of having no or inadequate stop lights, an infraction. He was released to a third party.

n David Loyola, 35, of Catskill, was arrested at 3:09 a.m. Aug. 18 in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. He was held.

n Unigue K. Kennedy, 34, of Schenectady, was arrested at 8:42 a.m. Aug. 18 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree introduction to contraband in prison, both class A misdemeanors; and violating the state sanitary code, an infraction. Kennedy’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Jordan D. Buno, 29, of Catskill, was arrested at 3:33 p.m. Aug. 18 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument, both class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Scott F. Kocijanski, 49, of Kingston, was arrested at 11:58 p.m. Aug. 18 in Durham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Sonjia L. Ashley, 48, of Cairo, was arrested at 12:44 a.m. Aug. 19 in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Kristin M. Bensen, 21, of East Durham, was arrested at 1:38 a.m. Aug. 19 in Kingston and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; an equipment violation of failing to dim lights and failing to keep right on a two-lane road and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on the highway, all infractions. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Xian H. Li, 36, of Colonie, was arrested at 2:19 a.m. Aug. 19 in New Baltimore and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. He was released to a third party.

n Jaime A. Diaz O’Neill, 48, of the Bronx, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. Aug. 19 in New Baltimore and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony; and a motor vehicle violation of having a suspended registration, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was held.

n Joseph L. Sikorski-Elsbree, 26, of Catskill, was arrested at 11:25 a.m. Aug. 19 in Cairo and charged with third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony; and falsifying business records by making a false entry, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Eddie Lett, 52, of Schenectady, was arrested at 1:54 a.m. Aug. 20 in New Baltimore and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Shana Rustici, 48, of Cairo, was arrested at 4:38 p.m. Aug. 21 in Cairo and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court appearance.

n Willie Cook, 48, of Schenectady, was arrested at 10:36 a.m. Aug. 22 in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property with the property valuing over $1,000, a class E felony. He was held.

n Curtis Wohlleber, 24, of Rotterdam Junction, was arrested at 10:36 a.m. Aug. 22 in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property with the property valuing over $1,000, a class E felony; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument, both class A misdemeanors; and false impersonation, class B misdemeanor. He was held.

n James J. Favicchio, 42, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 6:03 p.m. Aug. 22 in Coxsackie and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, a class E felony; operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, an unclassified misdemeanor; having no or insufficient tail lamps and making an illegal signal of less than 100 feet, both infractions. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Alexander T. Beaulieu, 22, of Troy, was arrested at 4:16 p.m. Aug. 7 in Catskill and charged with two counts of petty larceny and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, both class A misdemeanors. He was held in lieu of $1,000 bail or $3,000 bond.

n Barbara E. Kubisek, 47, of Troy, was arrested at 4:16 p.m. Aug. 7 in Catskill and charged with two counts of third-degree burglary: illegal entry with intent to commit a crime inside, a class D felony; and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor. She was held on no bail.

n Hannah E. Gagliardi, 21, of Troy, was arrested at 4:16 p.m. Aug. 7 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny and endangering the welfare of a child, both class A misdemeanors. She was held in lieu of $1,000 bail or $3,000 bond.

n Carl Sturner, 35, of Catskill, was arrested at 9:32 a.m. Aug. 10 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He has a court date set for Aug. 30 at 9 a.m.

n Raymond A. Benjamin, 49, of Catskill, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. Aug. 10 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He has a court date set for Aug. 30 at 12:30 p.m.

n Elizabeth DeCamp, 48, of Purling, was arrested at 5:05 p.m. Aug. 10 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He has a court date set for Aug. 30 at 12:30 p.m.

n Benjamin F. McKinney, 54, of Catskill, was arrested at 10:22 p.m. Aug. 11 in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. He was held in lieu of $1,500 cash or $3,000 bond.

n Brian R. Smith, 38, of Ellenville, was arrested at 1:03 p.m. Aug. 12 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor.

n Leah K. Tate, 34, of Catskill, was arrested at 10:34 p.m. Aug. 12 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She has a court date set for Sept. 5 at 1 p.m.

n Star Clark, 34, of Catskill, was arrested at 3:15 p.m. Aug. 13 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She has a court date set for Aug. 30 at 9:30 a.m.

n Beth J. Stevens, 32, of Hudson, was arrested at 4:55 p.m. Aug. 13 in Catskill and charged with third-degree burglary: illegal entry with intent to commit a crime inside, a class D felony. She was held.

n Antiel A. Pagan, 18, of Catskill, was arrested at 10 a.m. Aug. 15 in Catskill and charged with first-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with narcotics, a class A felony; second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class D felonies; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child, both class A misdemeanors. He was held in lieu of $25,000 bail or $50,000 bond.

n A 17-year-old, of Catskill, was arrested at 10 a.m. Aug. 15 in Catskill and charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class D felony; and endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor. The teenager was held in lieu of $10,000 bail or $20,000 bond.

n Patrick M. Ray, 47, of Catskill, was arrested at 4:05 p.m. Aug. 16 in Catskill and charged with second-degree unlawful possession and disobeying judiciary law 753A-2, both class A misdemeanors. He was held in lieu of $1,000 bail or $3,000 bond.

n Enrique Coker, 18, of Catskill, was arrested at 11:42 a.m. Aug. 17 in Catskill and charged with second-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class D felony; and criminal possession with intent to use, a class A misdemeanor. He was held in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bail.

n Douglas W. Stadler, 68, of Cairo, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. Aug. 18 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He has a court date set for Sept. 5 at 2 p.m.

n Andrea M. Alliegro, 43, of Monticello, was arrested at 9:59 p.m. Aug. 18 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She has a court date set for Sept. 5 at 2 p.m.

n Michael Paul, 38, of Catskill, was arrested Aug. 17 and in Catskill and charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, a class A misdemeanor; and false impersonation, a class B misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
