n Raymond F. Saunders, 27, of Haines Falls, was arrested at 1:09 p.m. Aug. 30 in Tannersville and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drugs with intent to sell and criminal sale of a controlled substance with a narcotic drug, both class B felonies. He was held in lieu of $25,000 cash bail.

n Jami S. Saunders, 31, of Tannersville, was arrested at 1:05 p.m. Aug. 30 in Tannersville and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n A 13-year-old boy, of Ashland, was arrested at 2:38 p.m. Aug. 30 in Ashland and charged with third-degree burglary: illegal entry with intent to commit a crime inside, a class D felony; and unauthorized use of a vehicle without the owner’s consent, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Lyman B. Townsend, 59, of Cooperstown, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. Aug. 30 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jason Kosciusko, 39, of Leeds, was arrested at 2:45 p.m. Aug. 31 in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, a class E felony; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was held.

n Scott Cross, 34, of Cairo, was arrested at 9:54 p.m. Aug. 31 in Cairo and charged with second-degree criminal contempt by disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Colt S. Camarillo, 26, of Catskill, was arrested at 3:46 a.m. Sept. 1 in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of narcotic drugs, a class C felony; and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.

n Courtney L. Zeliph, 40, of Earlton, was arrested at 10 p.m. Sept. 1 in Coxsackie and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; two counts of controlled substances in a non-original container and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Carlos A. Rodriguez Valle, 23, of Hunter, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. Sept. 2 in Hunter and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and failing to keep right on a two lane road, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Austin M. Szepessy, 19, of Chatham, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. Sept. 2 in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Nadine J. Joseph, 28, of Jamaica, was arrested at 12:35 p.m. Sept. 2 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree introducing contraband into prison, both class A misdemeanors; and violating the state sanitary code, a violation. She was held in lieu of cash bail.

Granto, 38, of Rochester, was arrested at 1:08 p.m. Sept. 2 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree introducing contraband into prison, both class A misdemeanors; and violating the state sanitary code, a violation. She was held in lieu of cash bail.

n Orville L. Angel, 31, of Oak Hill, was arrested at 9 p.m. Sept. 2 in Cairo and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Stevens, 51, of Delanson, was arrested at 12:23 a.m. Sept. 3 in Greenville and charged with second-degree criminal impersonation of another person, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Joseph M. Scott, 54, of Durham, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. Sept. 3 in Durham and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Sapountzis, 26, of Floral Park, was arrested at 1:46 a.m. Sept. 3 in Greenville and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. n An 18-year-old woman, of Round Top, was arrested at 3:40 a.m. Sept. 3 in Cairo and charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, both class A misdemeanors; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. n Ryan A. Sanchez, 21, of Catskill, was arrested at 12:36 p.m. Sept. 3 in Cairo and charged with executing a bench warrant, state law category no. 9, and failing to respond to an appearance ticket, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n A 17-year-old boy, of Athens, was arrested at 8:54 p.m. Sept. 3 in Athens and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Meli Lopez, 21, of Hudson, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. Sept. 4 in Catskill and charged with first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Nicholas J. Cimino, 33, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 10:19 a.m. Sept. 4 in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree possession of dangerous contraband in prison and two counts of third-degree criminal possession weapon with a previous conviction, both class D felonies. He was held.

n Mark W. Denton, 20, of Greenville, was arrested at 8:50 a.m. Sept. 4 in Greenville and charged with third-degree criminal mischief of property over $250, a class E felony. He was held.

n Francis J. Mullen, 25, of Granby, Massachusetts, was arrested at 8:47 p.m. Sept. 4 in New Baltimore and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Frank Sciancalepore, 47, of Acra, was arrested at 1:27 p.m. Sept. 5 in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny of a credit card, a class E felony; seven counts of petty larceny, third-degree identity theft by obtaining goods, and third-degree unlawful possession of a personal ID, all class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Amanda I. Berbiglia, 31, of Freehold, was arrested at 10:22 p.m. Sept. 5 in Hunter and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; operating a motor vehicle without insurance and crossing road hazard markings, both infractions. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Raymond Saunders, 27, of Athens, was arrested at 3:37 p.m. Aug. 30 in Catskill and charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance, two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance with a narcotic drug, both class B felonies; and acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17, a class A misdemeanor. He was held in lieu of $1,000 bail or $2,500 bond.

n Larie Pidgeon, 38, of Catskill, was arrested at 11:47 p.m. Aug. 30 in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. She has a court date set for Sept. 27 at 9:30 a.m.

n Quandell N. McCalla, 21, of Hudson, was arrested at 3:53 p.m. Sept. 1 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He has a court date set for Sept. 19 at 1 p.m.

n Monique Holloway, of Hudson, was arrested at 4:29 p.m. Sept. 1 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Holloway’s arrestee status is unknown and her age was not given.

n Meli Lopez, 21, of Kinderhook, was arrested at 4:44 p.m. Sept. 1 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He has a court date set for Sept. 19 at 1 p.m.

n Bryan Irving, 43, of Selkirk, was arrested at 10:17 a.m. Sept. 2 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He has a court date set for Sept. 19 at 1 p.m.

n William D. Dean, 25, of Greenville, was arrested at 6:47 p.m. Sept. 2 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny and resisting arrest, both class A misdemeanors. He was held in lieu of $1,500 bail or $3,000 bond.
