n Todd J. Raffiani, 50, of Greenville, was arrested at 9:48 a.m. Sept. 20 in Greenville and charged with second-degree burglary, a class C felony. He was held.

n Daniel DeMeter, 43, of Catskill, was arrested at 4:38 p.m. Sept. 20 in Cairo and charged with first-degree criminal impersonation of a police or federal officer, a class E felony. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n David S. Wood, 43, of Oak Hill, was arrested at 8:33 p.m. Sept. 20 in Durham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Hasasn L. Strange, 42, of Schenectady, was arrested at 11:24 p.m. Sept. 20 in Athens and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-one prior, a class E felony; and driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Dupreme R. Lane, 21, of Schenectady, was arrested at 1:48 a.m. Sept. 21 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jamie L. Nugent, 36, of Walden, was arrested at 12:22 a.m. Sept. 22 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Tasha M. Purdy, 24, of Walden, was arrested at 12:22 a.m. Sept. 22 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument, both class A misdemeanors; first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor; and failing to use a designated lane, an infraction. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Kirk C. Ford, 41, of Athens, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. Sept. 22 in Cairo and charged with second-degree criminal contempt by disobeying a court order and second-degree aggravated harassment by communicating a threat, both class A misdemeanors. He was held.

n Ashley C. O’Donnell, 37, of Catskill, was arrested at 7:59 p.m. Sept. 22 in Athens and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Haley M. Leach, 29, of Tannersville, was arrested at 4:22 a.m. Sept. 23 in Hunter and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Theodore Welty, 27, of Round Top, was arrested at 1:10 p.m. Sept. 23 in Cairo and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Abdullah J. Jenkins, 26, of Catskill, was arrested at 2:56 a.m. Sept. 26 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Carrie Weiser, 29, of Catskill, was arrested at 6 p.m. Sept. 18 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Weiser had a court date set for Sept. 19 at 1 p.m.

n Aprel C. Jackson, 22, was arrested at 5 p.m. Sept. 20 in Catskill and charged with executing a warrant of arrest, a state law category no. 9 offense. Jackson was turned over to state police on its warrant. A hometown wasn’t listed for Jackson.

n John Shields III, 45, of Hensonville, was arrested at 11:56 a.m. Sept. 21 in Catskill and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. Shields has a court date set for Oct. 3 at 1 p.m.

n Jessica M. Oshana, 29, of Catskill, was arrested at 6:33 p.m. Sept. 21 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Oshana has a court date set for Oct. 3 at 1 p.m.
