STATE POLICE

n Adam C. Sanita, 25, of Basking Ridge, New Jersey, was arrested at 11:33 a.m. Oct. 18 in Coxsackie and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument, both class A misdemeanors; and making an illegal signal of less than 100 feet, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Eileen M. Kirwan, 44, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 11:22 p.m. Oct. 18 in Coxsackie and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Zackary T. Converse, 28, of Athens, was arrested at 1:42 a.m. Oct. 19 in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Brandon Goldsmith, 29, of Hunter, was arrested at 4 p.m. Oct. 19 in Hunter and charged with first-degree unlawful dealing of a child with alcohol, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Raymond E. Lang, 63, of Round Top, was arrested at 4:12 p.m. Oct. 19 in Cairo and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors; operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, failing to keep to the right, driving on the shoulders/slopes, stopping, standing or parking on the highway and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on the highway, all infractions. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Corey M. Matteson, 33, of Cairo, was arrested at 4:50 p.m. Oct. 19 in Cairo and charged with prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage and first-degree unlawful dealing of a child with alcohol, both class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Marysol Rivera, 46, of Surprise, was arrested at 6 p.m. Oct. 19 in Greenville and charged with prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage and first-degree unlawful dealing of a child with alcohol, both class A misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Barbara J. Dodge, 70, of Ashland, was arrested at 7:48 p.m. Oct. 19 in Windham and charged with prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage and first-degree unlawful dealing of a child with alcohol, both class A misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n David E. McCabe, 77, of Rensselaerville, was arrested at 10:04 p.m. Oct. 19 in Greenville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Chris E. Schwartz, 55, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 11:44 p.m. Oct. 19 in Guilderland and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Michael J. Miceli, 23, of Villa Park, Illinois, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. Oct. 20 in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Logan Gallagher, 25, of Lombard, Illinois, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. Oct. 20 in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Raquel M. Fuentes, 20, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 2 p.m. Oct. 20 in Cairo and charged with two counts of petty larceny and second-degree falsifying business records, both class A misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Dinah C. Sanders, 21, of Round Top, was arrested at 10:11 p.m. Oct. 20 in Durham and charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n James A. Diminico, 26, of West Pawlet, Vermont, was arrested at 2:06 a.m. Oct. 21 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance of narcotic drugs with 4 oz. or more, a class A felony; third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drugs with intent to sell, a class B felony; reckless driving, an unclassified misdemeanor; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; a license plate violation of having an irregular plate display and a speed violation of speeding in a work zone, both infractions. He was held.

n Shawn T. McMindes, 31, of Cheektowaga, was arrested at 9:41 p.m. Oct. 21 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was held.

n Michael S. Wood, 31, of Selkirk, was arrested at 2:39 a.m. Oct. 22 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Amanda Cortes, 23, of Utica, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. Oct. 22 in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Michael J. Dedrick, 45, of Athens, was arrested at 10:02 p.m. Oct. 22 in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Timothy J. Hogg, 53, of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, was arrested at 11:12 p.m. Oct. 22 in Windham and charged with charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. Hogg’s arrestee status is unknown.

n William Willenbucher, 19, of Earlton, was arrested at 12:08 a.m. Oct. 23 in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Charles W. Gray, 40, of Watervilet, was arrested at 9:47 a.m. Oct. 23 in Coxsackie and charged with false impersonation, a class B misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Kyle Harris, 35, of Cairo, was arrested at 8:38 p.m. Oct. 23 in Cairo and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle with alcohol, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher with a prior offense, driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, all class E felonies; and using another vehicle without an interlock device, a class A misdemeanor. He was held in lieu of $1,500 bail bond.

n Damon R. Jacobs, 51, of the Bronx, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. Oct. 23 in New Baltimore and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Raquel E. Chavez, 30, of Kingston, was arrested at 9:58 p.m. Oct. 23 in New Baltimore and charged with four counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate, crossing road hazard markings and following too close, all infractions. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Kenneth Moore, 37, of the Bronx, was arrested at 9:58 p.m. Oct. 23 in New Baltimore and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Melissa D. Anderson, 34, of Kiskatom, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. Oct. 23 in Catskill and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument, all class A misdemeanors. She was released on her own recognizance.

n Thomas A. Kearney, 37, of Kiskatom, was arrested at 10:43 p.m. Oct. 23 in Catskill and charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

CATSKILL POLICE

n Jennifer Northup, 38, of Elizaville, was arrested at 12:51 p.m. Oct. 16 in Catskill and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. She had a court date set for Oct. 25 at 1 p.m.

n Harry A. Becker, 38, of Catskill, was arrested at 3:36 p.m. Oct. 16 in Catskill and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor. He has a court date set for Nov. 8 at 9:30 a.m.

n Edward A. Russell Jr., 34, of Catskill, was arrested at 6:21 a.m. Oct. 17 in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief by disabling equipment to prevent a person from communicating a request for emergency assistance, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment by using physical contact, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Raul A. Pagan-Lopez, 40, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 7:22 a.m. Oct.17 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was arraigned.

n Justen Ordway, 22, of Philmont, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. Oct. 18 in Catskill and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; and executing a warrant of arrest, a state law category no. 9 offense. He had a court date set for Oct. 25 at 1 p.m.

n Germaine Freeman, 44, of Hudson, was arrested at 5:58 p.m. Oct. 20 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She has a court date set for Nov. 8 at 1:30 p.m.

n Joshua M. Weisinger, 36, of Acra, was arrested at 3:25 p.m. Oct. 21 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He has a court date set for Nov. 8 at 1 p.m.

n Lindsey Fitzpatrick, 24, of Catskill, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. Oct. 21 in Catskill and charged fourth-degree grand larceny of a property valuing greater than $1,000, a class E felony. She has a court date set for Nov. 8 at 1 p.m.
