STATE POLICE

n Morris V. Welthy, 28, of Catskill, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. Nov. 1 in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Cheyenne J. Rex, 38, of Catskill, was arrested at 10:32 p.m. Nov. 2 in Catskill and charged with aggravated family offense, a class E felony; fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment by using physical contact, a violation. She was held.

n Michael T. Rutski, 41, of Kingston, was arrested at 11:26 p.m. Nov. 3 in Hunter and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor; having an inadequate or no plate lamp, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jennifer R. Bielawski, 53, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. Nov. 4 in Hunter and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; failing to use a designated lane and refusing to take a breath test, both infractions. She was released on her own recognizance.

n Amanda A. Abou-eid, 33, of Earlton, was arrested at 4:09 p.m. Nov. 6 in Cairo and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Ashley R. Wilson, 26, of Catskill, was arrested at 11:23 p.m. Nov. 6 in Greenville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n James V. Moore, 50, of Haines Falls, was arrested at 6:18 p.m. Nov. 7 in Hunter and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; a motor vehicle license violation of having no license, a motor vehicle violation of failing to notify about an address change, unsafe backing of a vehicle and driving while using a mobile phone, all infractions. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Alyssa J. Speenburgh, 20, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. Nov. 7 in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and two counts of unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

CATSKILL POLICE

n Kelly L. Monaco, 43, of Catskill, was arrested at 8:32 p.m. Nov. 1 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She has a court date set for Nov. 14 at 1 p.m.

n Ashley C. Ether, 31, of Athens, was arrested at 11:25 p.m. Nov. 3 in Catskill and charged with a police officer executing a warrant of arrest, a state law category no. 9 offense. She was taken to the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant.
