n Timothy P. Perales, 31, of Albany, was arrested at 1:54 p.m. Nov. 8 in Athens and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Rodney R. Blake, 23, of Catskill, was arrested at 5:51 p.m. Nov. 8 in Greenville and charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Damien E. Blake, 21, of Catskill, was arrested at 5:51 p.m. Nov. 8 in Greenville and charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. Blake’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Ronald M. Patterson, 47, of Earlton, was arrested at 1:05 a.m. Nov. 9 in Cairo and charged with third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief, both class A misdemeanors. Patterson’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Kenneth Hurst, 51, of Greenport, was arrested at 4:26 a.m. Nov. 10 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Joseph H. Lennon, 31, of East Hampton, was arrested at 2:02 p.m. Nov. 10 in Durham and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Matthew B. Vitolo, 28, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. Nov. 10 in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Willie J. Johnson, 29, of Texas City, Texas, was arrested at 8:50 p.m. Nov. 10 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a loaded firearm, a class C felony; and possessing large capacity ammunition feeding device, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Lindsey A. Miller, 24, of Catskill, was arrested at 3 a.m. Nov. 11 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Sarah E. Foster, 33, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 9:25 p.m. Nov. 11 in Windham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Marcotte, 47, of Farmingdale, was arrested at 10:46 p.m. Nov. 11 in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Ashley C. Ether, 31, of Acra, was arrested at 1:35 a.m. Nov. 12 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Drew Hulbert, 25, of Palenville, was arrested at 1:35 a.m. Nov. 12 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Darren H. Larose, 31, of Freehold, was arrested at 10:16 p.m. Nov. 12 in Hunter and charged with second-degree criminal contempt by disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.

n Cesar Bernacet, 48, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 11:09 a.m. Nov. 13 in Cairo and charged with first-degree possessing dangerous contraband in prison and assault with intent to cause physical injury, both class D felonies. He was held.

n Deandre Horton, 25, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 11:33 a.m. Nov. 13 in Cairo and charged with first-degree possessing dangerous contraband in prison, a class D felony. She was held.

n Juan Cintron, 47, of Hudson, was arrested at 1:50 p.m. Nov. 14 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Frank Vicole, 62, of New York, was arrested at 5:08 p.m. Nov. 14 in Catskill and charged with making a terroristic threat, a class D felony. Vicole’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Ryan C. Quick, 44, of Catskill, was arrested at 7:47 p.m. Nov. 14 in Coxsackie and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Joseph M. Lane, 31, of Jewett, was arrested at 12:54 a.m. Nov. 15 in Hunter and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; controlled substances in a non-original container and unlawful possession of marijuana, both violations. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Kewan L. Prather, 27, of Catskill, was arrested at 3 p.m. Nov. 6 in Catskill and charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17, and third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, and both class A misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Patrick J. Maurer, 20, of Catskill, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. Nov. 8 in Catskill and charged with second-degree menacing with a weapon, a class A misdemeanor; and disorderly conduct with fighting/violent behavior, a violation. He has a court date set for Nov. 28 at 1 p.m.

n Breanna N. Smith, 28, of Catskill, was arrested at 3:38 p.m. Nov. 8 in Catskill and charged with a police officer executing a warrant of arrest, a state law category no. 9 offense. She was held.

n Ethan Wayne Turner, 28, of Catskill, was arrested at 12:17 p.m. Nov. 9 in Catskill and charged with concealing, altering or destroying physical evidence, a class E felony; and criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
