n Bassy B. Blake, 24, of Clifton Park, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. Nov. 30 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Austin A. Suarez, 23, of Hudson, was arrested at 5:10 a.m. Dec. 1 in Catskill and charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.

n Alfredo Martinez, 43, of Athens, was arrested at 12:16 p.m. Dec. 2 in Athens and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle while under permanent revocation, a class E felony. Martinez’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Jason J. Hinchey, 46, of Greenville, was arrested at 11:51 p.m. Dec. 2 in Greenville and charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment and criminal obstruction of breathing by blocking the nose or mouth, both class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n A 14-year-old boy, of Jewett, was arrested at 7 a.m. Dec. 3 in Jewett and charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n A 18-year-old man, of Morganville, New Jersey, was arrested at 11:25 a.m. Dec. 3 in Tannersville and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Joseph S. Fowler, 51, of Lexington, was arrested at 9:47 p.m. Dec. 3 in Lexington and charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail.

n Patrick J. Maurer, 20, of Catskill, was arrested at 5:16 a.m. Dec. 4 in Catskill and charged with second-degree criminal contempt by disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor. Maurer’s current arrestee status is unknown.

n Timothy M. Burnham, 45, of Albany, was arrested at 1:40 p.m. Dec. 4 in Catskill and charged with first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Michelle J. Williams, 28, of Jewett, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. Dec. 4 in Cairo and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury and acting in a manner injurious to a child, both class A misdemeanors. She was held in lieu of cash bail.

n Liana M. Ferguson, 25, of Round Top, was arrested at 11:24 p.m. Dec. 4 in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Rashad T. Lance, 25, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 5:05 P.m. Dec. 5 in Cairo and charged with first-degree offering a false instrument for filing: intending to defraud, a class E felony; and false impersonation, a class B misdemeanor. He was held.

n Eric L. Torres, 28, of Catskill, was arrested at 4:01 p.m. Nov. 29 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Torres has a court date set for Dec. 20 at 1 p.m.
