n Jason A. English, 41, of Westerlo, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. Dec. 6 in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor; five counts of drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on the highway, refusing to take a breath test and leaving a motor vehicle unattended, all infractions. He was held.

n Michael J. Carney, 47, of East Nassau, was arrested at 3 p.m. Dec. 6 in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; controlled substances in a non-original container and unlawful possession of marijuana, both violations. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Charles J. Long, 32, of Hannacroix, was arrested at 8:15 a.m. Dec. 7 in Catskill and charged with third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony. He was held.

n Nathan G. Warren, 34, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 7:24 p.m. Dec. 7 in Coxsackie and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se with a prior offense, both class E felonies. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Christopher M. Drum, 37, of Windham, was arrested at 8:29 p.m. Dec. 7 in Windham and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Clifford T. Rory, 49, of Earlton, was arrested at 8:36 p.m. Dec. 7 in Greenville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and driving on shoulders or slopes, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jason M. Maynard, 27, of Catskill, was arrested at 12:06 a.m. Dec. 8 in Catskill and charged with first-degree criminal sale of marijuana with 16 oz., a class C felony; second-degree criminal possession of marijuana over 16 oz., a class D felony; 35 counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia with scales, both class A misdemeanors; and first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was held.

n Kevin D. Sweet, 35, of Hudson, was arrested at 1:35 a.m. Dec. 8 in Durham and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Tatiana A. Stubblefield, 23, of Saugerties, was arrested at 1:47 a.m. Dec. 8 in Athens and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and an equipment violation of failing to dim lights, an infraction. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Robert H. Salyer, 43, of Catskill, was arrested at 4:08 a.m. Dec. 8 in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jeffrey E. Bezick, 51, of Red Bank, New Jersey, was arrested at 7:27 p.m. Dec. 8 in Windham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Eugene M. Lawlor, 55, of Leeds, was arrested at 9:09 p.m. Dec. 8 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Mandia, 49, of Catskill, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. Dec. 8 in Kingston and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Bethany Hughes, 24, of Palenville, was arrested at 2:23 a.m. Dec. 9 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Bryan Krueger, 30, of Saugerties, was arrested at 3:26 a.m. Dec. 9 in Tannersville and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n James C. Wells, 29, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. Dec. 10 in Coxsackie and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor; and failing to stop at a stop sign, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Tempey A. Napier, 35, of Freehold, was arrested at 2:02 p.m. Dec. 10 in New Baltimore and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, first-degree scheming to defraud of a property over $1,000, both class E felonies; and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.

n William Stanley, 37, of Freehold, was arrested at 2:02 p.m. Dec. 10 in New Baltimore and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and first-degree scheming to defraud of a property over $1,000, both class E felonies; and petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.

n Leroy Thompson, 47, of Catskill, was arrested at 1:09 a.m. Dec. 13 in Catskill and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle, a class E felony and first-time offense; two counts of acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, a class A misdemeanor; and driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Christina L. Endress, 41, of Catskill, was arrested at 3:39 p.m. Dec. 4 in Catskill and charged with third-degree criminal sexual act with the actor being 21 or older, a class E felony; and prostitution, a class B misdemeanor. Endress was held in lieu of $2,500 bail or $5,000 bond.

n Deshaun Cedric Miller, 30, of Catskill, was arrested at 10:35 a.m. Dec. 5 in Catskill and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a narcotic drug and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug, both class B felonies. Miller was held in lieu of no bail.

n Breanna N. Smith, 28, of Catskill, was arrested at 12:02 p.m. Dec. 5 in Catskill and charged with failing to appear after receiving an appearance ticket, a state law category no. 9 offense. Smith was taken to the state police barracks in Livingston on its warrant.
