n A 16-year-old boy, of Preston Hollow, was arrested at 3:01 p.m. Jan. 24 in Greenville and charged with third-degree criminal mischief of a property worth over $250, a class E felony. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Thomas J. Carpino, 26, of Hunter, was arrested at 4:40 a.m. Jan. 26 in Albany and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; a motor vehicle violation of having a suspended registration, an unclassified misdemeanor; operating a vehicle without insurance, a motor vehicle violation of operating an unregistered vehicle, moving unsafely from a lane, a speed violation of imprudent speed, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on the highway and a seat belt violation, all infractions. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Alisha M. Smith, 29, of Lyons, was arrested at 11:25 a.m. Jan. 26 in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree introducing dangerous contraband into prison, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, both class D felonies; second-degree introducing contraband into prison and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors. Smith’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Nicholas Palermo, 39, of Catskill, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. Jan. 26 in Greenville and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property, fourth-degree criminal mischief by preventing an emergency call, both class A misdemeanors; and second-degree harassment using physical contact, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance.

n John W. Lehane, 46, of Rhinebeck, was arrested at 5:58 p.m. Jan. 27 in Catskill and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the car with a prior conviction, a class E felony; operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. Lehane’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Peter D. Bencini, 53, of Palenville, was arrested at 11:59 p.m. Jan. 27 in Ulster and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n David K. Ramdin, 25, of Schenectady, was arrested at 3:35 a.m. Jan. 28 in Coeymans and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Amanda C. Vaughn, 23, of Elka Park, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. Jan. 29 in Hunter and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Alexander Mazariego, 22, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. Jan. 29 in Coxsackie and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drugs with intent to sell and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance with a narcotic drug, both class B felonies. He was held.

n Nicholas Palermo, 39, of Catskill, was arrested at 5:07 p.m. Jan. 29 in Catskill and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.

n Drew Hulbert, 25, of Catskill, was arrested at 5:32 p.m. Jan. 29 in Catskill and charged with third-degree bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor; and failing to respond to an appearance ticket, a violation. He was held.

n Spencer G. Sutton, 25, of Palenville, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. Jan. 30 in Catskill and charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. Sutton’s arrestee status was not reported.

n Dylan T. Rogers, 25, of Greenville, was arrested at 6:17 p.m. Jan. 30 in Catskill and charged with second-degree burglary of a dwelling, a class C felony; third-degree criminal mischief of a property valuing over $250, a class E felony; fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment, a violation. Rogers’ arrestee status is unknown.

n Nicholas Palermo, 39, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. Jan. 26 in Catskill and charged with a police officer executing a warrant of arrest, astate law category no. 9 offense. Palermo was held and police listed him as homeless.

n Joseph J. Gilbert III, 21, of Kingston, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. Jan. 26 in Catskill and charged with failing to appear after receiving an appearance ticket, astate law category no. 9 offense. Gilbert was held in lieu of $250 bail or $2,500 bond.
