n Albert C. Pine, 45, of Catskill, was arrested at 1:50 p.m. Feb. 1 in Cairo and charged with two counts of forcible touching of intimate parts, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Jerime J. Freligh, 40, of Catskill, was arrested at 2:45 p.m. Feb. 1 in Catskill and charged with second-degree bail jumping, a class E felony; executing a bench warrant, a state law category no. 9 offense, and a pedestrian failing to walk while facing traffic, an infraction. He was held.

n Matthew M. Maurer, 32, of Athens, was arrested at 11:05 a.m. Feb. 1 in Athens and charged with first-degree sexual abuse with a victim under 13 with an actor over 21, a class D felony; and acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.

n Peter M. Conneely, 42, of Port Washington, was arrested at 8:55 p.m. Feb. 1 in Windham and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with alcohol or drugs, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and failing to stop at a stop sign, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Meghan M. Palmateer, 33, of Athens, was arrested at 9:29 p.m. Feb. 1 in Athens and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Sarah Miller, 47, of Athens, was arrested at 11:24 p.m. Feb. 1 in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Tara S. Kiernan, 39, of Norton Hill, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. Feb. 2 in Durham and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Amirah F. Barros, 24, of Schenectady, was arrested at 12:44 a.m. Feb. 2 in Ravena and charged with first-degree criminal possession of marijuana with 10 pounds, a class C felony; and second-degree obstructing governmental administration, a class A misdemeanor. She was held.

n Richard W. Jordan, 27, of Windham, was arrested at 1:28 a.m. Feb. 2 in Windham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated: special vehicle, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Katherine E. Carl, 27, of Catskill, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. Feb. 2 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and crossing road hazard markings, an infraction. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Amanda L. Marshall, 32, of Freehold, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. Feb. 2 in Cairo and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first time offense; first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, driving while ability impaired with combination of drugs and alcohol, all unclassified misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Geneveve A. Doremus, 37, of the Bronx, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. Feb. 3 in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jason C. Diebel, 24, of Setauket, was arrested at 10:41 p.m. Feb. 3 in Catskill and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jaimie A. Drozdal, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 12:41 a.m. Feb. 4 in Catskill and charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Melissa Tooley, 34, of Catskill, was arrested at 10:14 a.m. Feb. 4 in Catskill and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor. Tooley’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Brett E. Gooss, 50, of Hensonville, was arrested at 11:45 a.m. Feb. 4 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher with a prior offense, a class E felony; driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Benjamin E. Keicher, 29, of Catskill, was arrested at 9:49 p.m. Feb. 5 in Athens and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Dashawn T. Lucas, 25, of Albany, was arrested at 4:37 a.m. Feb. 6 in Coeymans and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana with over 25 grams, a class B misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Shaunna M. Lendin, 38, of Durham, was arrested at 10:55 a.m. Feb. 6 in Cairo and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Robert Breunig, 37, of Purling, was arrested at 1:19 p.m. Feb. 6 in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Robert L. Simpson, 38, of Catskill, was arrested at 1:19 p.m. Feb. 6 in Coxsackie and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drugs with intent to sell, fourth-degree criminal possession of narcotic drugs, a class C felony; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was held.

n Jeremiah T. Reen, 29, of Catskill, was arrested at 3:35 p.m. Feb. 6 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument, both class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Daquan K. Armstrong, 23, of Schenectady, was arrested at 3:47 p.m. Feb. 6 in Athens and charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana over 16 oz., a class D felony. Armstrong’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Emiliano W. Delvalle, 21, of Chichester, was arrested at 4:25 p.m. Feb. 6 in Hunter and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Drew Hulbert, 25, of Catskill, was arrested at 5 p.m. Jan. 29 in Catskill and charged with a police officer executing a warrant of arrest, a state law category no. 9 offense. Hulbert was turned over to state police on its warrant.

n Jeanette Westlake, 21, of Catskill, was arrested at 8:25 a.m. Jan. 31 in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief with intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor. Waestlake was released on her own recognizance

n Brian S. Gammons, 32, of Catskill, was arrested at 1:13 p.m. Jan. 31 in Catskill and charged with a police officer executing a warrant of arrest, a state law category no. 9 offense. Gammons was held on parole hold.

n Kevin J. McGee Sr., 55, of Catskill, was arrested at 4:51 p.m. Feb. 2 in Catskill and charged with second-degree disobeying judiciary law 753A-2, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment, a violation. McGee was released on his own recognizance.

n Luis A. Pizzaro, 27, of Leeds, was arrested at 11:12 a.m. Feb. 2 in Catskill and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment using physical contact, a violation. Pizzaro has a court date set for 1 p.m. Feb. 20.

n Selena A. Brink, 23, of Leeds, was arrested at 11:21 a.m. Feb. 2 in Catskill and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment using physical contact, a violation. Brink has a court date set for 1 p.m. Feb. 20.

n Nadine Vega, 22, of Catskill, was arrested at 11:26 a.m. Feb. 2 in Catskill and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree

harassment using physical contact, a violation. Brink has a court date set for 1 p.m. Feb. 20.

n Randy C. Seiburg, 31, of Palenville, was arrested at 7 p.m. Feb. 2 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Seiburg has a court date set for 1 p.m. Feb. 20.
