n Dawn L. Kipp, 42, of Copake, was arrested at 4 p.m. Feb. 25 in Cairo and charged with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and having a controlled substance in a non-original container, a violation. She was issued an appearance for a future court date.

n Christopher Vallejorivera, 27, of, Coxsackie, was arrested at 1:50 p.m. Feb. 26 in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree possession of dangerous contraband, a class D felony; third-degree criminal possession of controlled substance for narcotic drugs, and third-degree possession with intent to sell, both class B felonies. He was held.

n Stephen L. Harris, 47, of Catskill, was arrested at 7:25 p.m. Feb. 26 in Catskill and charged with tampering with physical evidence, a class E felony. He was held.

n Shawn E. Ubrich, 47, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 10:54 p.m. Feb. 26 in Coxsackie and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .08 percent, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n Trevor H. Keller, 52, of Saugerties, was arrested at 11:58 a.m. on Feb. 27 in Catskill and charged with possession of obscene sexual performance by a child, a class E felony. Keller was held in lieu of bail.

n Michael Kelly, 43, of South Cairo, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 28 in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction, a class E felony; failing to keep right on a two-lane road and driving to the left of pavement markings, both infractions. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n Clyde D. Wooten, 59, of Leeds, was arrested at 5:55 p.m. March 1 in Catskill and charged with second-degree criminal impersonation, a class A misdemeanor, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; and a license plate violation, an infraction. He was held in lieu of bail.

n An 18-year-old male, of Farmingdale, was arrested at 7:46 p.m. March 1 in Hunter and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; fifth-degree possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n Sade O. Knox, 31, of Catskill, was arrested at 12:12 p.m. March 1 in Cairo and charged with second-degree criminal facilitation, a class C felony. She was released to a third party.

n Robert Breunig, 37, of Purling, was arrested at 4:39 p.m. March 1 in Cairo and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n Jesse K. Albert, 23, of Palenville, was arrested at 10:26 p.m. March 1 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n Silas E. Miner, 25, of Kiskatom, was arrested at 10:26 p.m. March 1 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n Matthew Schaefer, 41, of Athens, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. March 2 in Saugerties and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.8 and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n Ashley R. Leis, 28, of Round Top, was arrested at 9:12 p.m. March 2 in Coxsackie and charged with driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .08 and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n Yechiman Gal, 69, of Catskill, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. March 2 in Athens and charged with driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .08 and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n Andrew J. Merola, 30, of Syracuse, was arrested at 9:35 p.m. March 2 in Ashland and charged with driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .08 and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n Jose M. Tejero Aguayo, 46, of Mouth of Wilson, New York, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. March 3 in Hunter and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor; refusing to take a breathalyzer and failing to keep right on a two-lane road, both infractions. He was held.

n Richard J. Conklin, 43, of Catskill, was arrested at 4:34 p.m. March 3 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n A 17-year-old, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 1 p.m. Feb. 21 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. The arrestee was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

Schaffer, 26, of South Cairo, was arrested at 3:16 a.m. Feb. 24 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n Robert J. Hatker, 35, of Catskill, was arrested at 12:21 a.m. Feb. 24 in Catskill and charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.
