VALATIE — Ichabod Crane posted a 3-0 victory over Catskill in Thursday’s Patroon Conference boys volleyball match.
The Riders (5-0) won by scores of 25-18, 25-14 and 25-17.

Germantown 65, HTC 52
HUNTER — State-ranked Germantown pulled away from a close game with a big third quarter run en route to a 65-52 non-league boys basketball victory over Hunter-Tannersville on Thursday.
The Clippers, the No. 13 Class D team in the state, led 14-12 after one quarter and 26-21 at halftime, before breaking the game open with an 18-8 scoring edge in the third stanza.
Bryan Bathrick led Germantown with 16 points. Dylan Mayr added 15 and Robbie Eaton had 12.

VALATIE — Karissa Antoine scored 29 points to lead Schalmont to a 68-49 victory over Ichabod Crane in Thursday’s Colonial Council girls basketball game.
The Sabres built quarterly leads of 14-11, 35-22 and 54-35.
Payton Graber added 21 points to Schalmont’s cause. Haley Burchhardt contributed 12.
Ashley Ames led Ichabod Crane with 13 points. Madie Graham had 12.
