We placed significant importance on character and leadership in our search for the right person to lead our community in this next phase of development. Most recently serving as the head women’s U16 and FIS coach, Harlow has been on the Mount Mansfield Ski Club leadership team in Stowe, Vermont for nine years. Growing up in Mount Washington Valley, Harlow attended Plymouth State University, where he was a 7-time USCSA All-American and Alpine Ski Team Captain.

As head ski coach of his alma mater, Harlow led the men’s team to win the Eastern Regional combined Alpine championship, while the men’s and women’s alpine teams both finished fourth overall at the United States Collegiate Ski and Snowboard Association national championships. He has worked extensively with junior racers and FIS level athletes throughout his time at MMSC.

In 2014, Harlow was named the Vermont Development Coach of the Year.
