STATE POLICE

n Karanbeer Dhillon, 20, of Staten Island, was arrested at 1:14 p.m. Sept. 6 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into prison, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Jared A. Oettinger, 44, of Catskill, was arrested at 7:42 p.m. Sept. 6 in Athens and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Carlos C. Cruz, 39, of Palenville, was arrested at 11:59 p.m. Sept. 6 in Catskill and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction, a class D felony; two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Cruz’s arrestee status was not reported.

n Alexander T. Borfitz, 25, of Athens, was arrested at 4:23 p.m. Sept. 7 in Athens and charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. Borfitz’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Kerry P. Knotegen, 58, of Tannersville, was arrested at 10:56 p.m. Sept. 7 in Tannersville and charged with second-degree criminal contempt by disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor. Knotegen’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Kayla J. Thompson, 21, of Fresh Meadows, was arrested at 1:19 p.m. Sept. 8 in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree introducing dangerous contraband into prison, a class D felony; and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance.

n Kristopher K. Komaromi, 28, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 4:17 p.m. Sept. 8 in Coxsackie and charged with third-degree burglary: illegal entry with intent to commit a crime inside, a class D felony. He was held.

n Earl A. Sitterly, 27, of Durham, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. Sept. 8 in Greenville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Patrick F. Schneider, 58, of Freehold, was arrested at 3:20 a.m. Sept. 9 in Durham and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with alcohol or drugs, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Zackari H. Wamboldt, 28, of Palenville, was arrested at 4:08 a.m. Sept. 9 in New Paltz and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Daisy M. Parze, 37, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 11:04 a.m. Sept. 9 in Coxsackie and charged with third-degree false reporting of an incident, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Daveion A. Hall, 30, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 4:50 a.m. Sept. 9 in New Baltimore and charged with two counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a class D felony. He was held in lieu of cash bail.

n Jennifer Hildenbrand, 35, of Cairo, was arrested at 2:17 p.m. Sept. 9 in Cairo and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny of a property valued at over $1,000 and fourth-degree grand larceny of a credit card, both class E felonies. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Hector Martinez, 47, of East Elmhurst, was arrested at 11 p.m. Sept. 9 in Hunter and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher with a prior offense, a class E felony; driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and a speed violation of speeding in a work zone, an infraction. He was held in lieu of $100 cash bail.

n Brian G. Jenkins, 60, of Irvington, New Jersey, was arrested at 4:32 p.m. Sept. 10 in New Baltimore and charged with being an out of state fugitive from justice, a state law category no. 9 offense, and an equipment violation of having obstructed vision, an infraction. He was held.

n Ethan M. Bradt, 26, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 5 p.m. Sept. 10 in Coxsackie and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Stacy B. Laduke, 45, of Voorheesville, was arrested at 12:55 a.m. Sept. 11 in Westerlo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Nikayla R. Wynne, 21, of Ravena, was arrested at 5 p.m. Sept. 11 in New Baltimore and charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Joseph M. Scott, 54, of Durham, was arrested at 9:12 p.m. Sept. 11 in Durham and charged with two counts of third-degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Adam Smith, 22, of Freehold, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. Sept. 12 in Durham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jordan S. Nelson, 22, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 2:20 a.m. Sept. 13 in second-degree menacing, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use, all class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

CATSKILL POLICE

n Gabrielle S. Miller, 19, of Hudson, was arrested at 6:13 p.m. Sept. 3 in Catskill and charged with failing to appear in court, a state law category no. 9 offense. She was arraigned.

n Breanna N. Smith, 28, of Catskill, was arrested at 12:20 p.m. Sept. 4 in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny of a credit card, a class E felony. She has a court date set for Sept. 19 at 1 p.m.

n Michael V. Pernice, 30, of Palenville, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. Sept. 4 in Catskill and charged with third-degree criminal mischief: damaging another person’s property, a class E felony. He was held in lieu of $250 cash bail.

n Harry A Becker, 38, of Catskill, was arrested at 9:38 p.m. Sept. 8 in Catskill and charged with disobeying judiciary law 753A-2, a class A misdemeanor. He was held in lieu of $200 cash bail.

n Ashley Dempsey, 19, of Cairo, was arrested at 6:27 p.m. Sept. 9 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She has a court date set for Sept. 27 at 9:30 a.m.

n Carol Dempsey, 59, of Cairo, was arrested at 6:28 p.m. Sept. 9 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She has a court date set for Sept. 27 at 9:30 a.m.
