STATE POLICE

n Patrick A. Hildenbrand, 38, of Germantown, was arrested at 4 p.m. Sept. 20 in Clermont and charged with eavesdropping, a class E felony. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Daniel A. Johnson, 26, of Ghent, was arrested at 11:03 a.m. Sept. 21 in Claverack and charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors; and third-degree criminal trespassing, a class B misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Daniel A. Johnson, 26, of Ghent, was arrested at 11:03 a.m. Sept. 21 in Claverack and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Johnson’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Robert D. Burnett, 31, of Germantown, was arrested at 11:51 a.m. Sept. 21 in Livingston and charged with first-degree identify theft, a class D felony. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Craig E. Hurley, 24, of Weston, Connecticut, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. Sept. 21 in Gallatin and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of controlled substance, a class C felony; three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was held.

n Cedric D. Bradway, 34, of Philmont, was arrested at 4:50 p.m. Sept. 21 in Copake and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n James R. Klum, 28, of Hollis, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. Sept. 23 in Ancram and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Cory Cramer, 20, of Niverville, was arrested at 9:50 a.m. Sept. 24 in Chatham and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle with 10 or more suspensions, a class E felony. He was held in lieu of $300 cash bail.

n John E. Mullen, 47, of Richmond, Massachusetts, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. Sept. 26 in Chatham and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; a speed violation of speeding in a work zone and refusing to take a breath test, both infractions. He was released on his own recognizance.

COLUMBIA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

n Sean Kluge, 27, of Selkirk, was arrested at 9:44 p.m. Sept. 14 in Kinderhook and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; speeding and failing to keep right, both infractions. Kluge has a court date set for Oct. 16.

n Jamie MacArthur, 37, of Copake Falls, was arrested at 2:55 p.m. Sept. 18 in Claverack and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. MacArthur has a court date set for Oct. 16.

n Sonya Terry, 46, of Stottville, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. Sept. 21 in Greenport and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. Terry was released on her own recognizance and had a court date set for Sept. 24.
