STATE POLICE

n Nathan R. Shook, 25, of Claverack, was arrested at 7:45 p.m. Sept. 27 in Livingston and charged with third-degree bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor. He was held in lieu of cash bail.

n Anthony J. Cacchione, 28, of Valatie, was arrested at 9:05 p.m. Sept. 27 in Kinderhook and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Mark F. Burns, 43, of Elizaville, was arrested at 1:26 a.m. Sept. 28 in Livingston and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher with a prior offense, a class E felony; driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; driving left of pavement markings and crossing road hazard markings, both infractions. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Updated: Benjamin A. Rizkin, 23, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 8:07 p.m. Sept. 28 in Livingston and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with hallucinogens, a class C felony; three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was held. On Oct. 25, 2018, this case was adjudicated and Rizkin was convicted on one count of disorderly conduct related to traffic offenses. The case has been sealed by the court.

n Courtney M. Hall, 24, of Valatie, was arrested at 2:08 a.m. Sept. 29 in Valatie and charged with leaving the scene of an accident, a class A misdemeanor and first-time offense; operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was released to a third party.

n Moises Toledo, 37, of Miami, Florida, was arrested at 1:08 a.m. Sept. 30 in Greenport and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Darien Moore, 27, of Livingston, was arrested at 5:13 a.m. Sept. 30 in Livingston and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. He was held.

n Darien Moore, 27, of Livingston, was arrested at 12:34 p.m. Sept. 30 in Livingston and charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Hannah L. Holick, 31, of San Antonio, Texas, was arrested at 1:50 p.m. Sept. 30 in Clermont and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. Holick’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Amanda L. Anderson, 41, of Newburgh, was arrested at 5:15 p.m. Sept. 30 in Copake and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Shadi M. Qumbargi, 31, of the Bronx, was arrested at 9:38 p.m. Sept. 30 in Claverack and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana with over 25 grams, a class B misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jeremy M. Bargy, 30, of Cohoes, was arrested at 10 p.m. Sept. 30 in Kinderhook and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jeffrey A. Yeh, 50, of Stockport, was arrested at 11:45 a.m. Oct. 1 in Livingston and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny of a credit card, a class E felony. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Kyle J. Ames, 22, of Petersburg, was arrested at 11:20 p.m. Oct. 1 in Canaan and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Judith A. Holohan, 71, of Kinderhook, was arrested at 10:05 p.m. Oct. 2 in Kinderhook and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; having no or insufficient tail lamps and failing to keep to the right, both infractions. She was released to a third party.

n Sarah A. Magner, 22, of Hudson, was arrested at 4:30 a.m. Oct. 4 in Hudson and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
