n A.R. Turnquist, 30, of Hudson, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. Sept. 15 in Albany and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n A 17-year-old boy, of Brainard, was arrested at 3:07 p.m. Oct. 18 in New Lebanon and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child, a class E felony and first-time offense; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; first-degree operation go a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; and moving unsafely from a lane, an infraction. His arrestee status was not reported.

n A 17-year-old boy, of Chatham, was arrested at 9:05 p.m. Oct. 18 in New Lebanon and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Chabellie Gonzalez, 24, of East Meadow, was arrested at 1:35 a.m. Oct. 19 in Claverack and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana with over 2 ounces, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Javier Espinal, 23, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 6:40 p.m. Oct. 20 in Claverack and charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was held in lieu of $600 bail.

n Robert J. Perry, 34, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 10:47 p.m. Oct. 20 in New Lebanon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Kevin Williams, 45, of Hudson, was arrested at 11:35 p.m. Oct. 20 in Hudson and charged with first degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle with 10 or more suspensions, a class E felony. He was held.

n Justin E. Ordway, 22, of Philmont, was arrested at 10:25 a.m. Oct. 21 in Philmont and charged with second-degree criminal contempt by disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor. His arrestee status is unknown.

n Tommy R. Fernandez, 22, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 5:48 p.m. Oct. 21 in Austerlitz and charged with third-degree criminal possession of marijuana over 8 ounces, a class E felony. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Myles A. Melendez, 20, of South Floral Park, was arrested at 5:48 p.m. Oct. 21 in Austerlitz and charged with second-degree governmental administration, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jessica P. Cabanillas, 38, of White Plains, was arrested at 1:44 p.m. Oct. 22 in Chatham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was released to a third party.

n Tyler A. Beals, 22, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 2:32 p.m. Oct. 22 in New Lebanon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Angelina M. Clifford, 38, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 2:37 p.m. Oct. 22 in New Lebanon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Dylan T. Staats, 27, of Hudson, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. Oct. 23 in Livingston and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
