n Patrick M. Stacey, 27, of Leeds, was arrested at 5:06 p.m. Oct. 19 in Cairo and charged with first-degree unlawful dealing with a child with alcohol and prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage, both class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n A 13-year-old boy, of Athens, was arrested at 4 p.m. Oct. 25 in Athens and charged with making graffiti, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n A 15-year-old girl, of Athens, was arrested at 4 p.m. Oct. 25 in Athens and charged with making graffiti, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Donald S. Trice, 38, of Catskill, was arrested at 8:23 p.m. Oct. 25 in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher with two prior offenses, a class D felony; and driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Richard Guagliardo, 66, of Catskill, was arrested at 8:23 p.m. Oct. 25 in Cairo and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Eleanor A. Beau, 39, of Catskill, was arrested at 12:46 a.m. Oct. 26 in Athens and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Earl L. Breezer, 51, of Catskill, was arrested at 3:08 a.m. Oct. 26 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n David P. Mihalko, 23, of Leeds, was arrested at 3:21 p.m. Oct. 26 in Athens and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drugs with intent to sell and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance with a narcotic drug, both class B felonies. Mihalko’s arrestee status was not reported.

n David P. Mihalko, 23, of Leeds, was arrested at 3:23 p.m. Oct. 26 in Athens and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drugs with intent to sell and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance with a narcotic drug, both class B felonies. Mihalko’s arrestee status was not reported.

n Shannon M. Sitcer, 40, of West Coxsackie, was arrested at 9:58 p.m. Oct. 26 in New Baltimore and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Benjamin J. Alberg, 42, of Hudson, was arrested at 3:10 a.m. Oct. 27 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Yolanda Risien, 40, of the Bronx, was arrested at 10:50 a.m. Oct. 27 in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree promoting prison contraband, a class D felony; and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Risien’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Samantha R. Trinidad, 29, of the Bronx, was arrested at 12:19 p.m. Oct. 27 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband to prisoners, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Trinidad’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Stephanie D. Williams, 21, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. Oct. 27 in Coxsackie and charged first-degree introducing dangerous contraband into prison, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, both class D felonies; second-degree introduction of contraband into prison, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors. Williams’ arrestee status is unknown.

n Isola Hunte, 23, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. Oct. 27 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband to prisoners and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors. Hunte’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Chance L. Coleman, 26, of Albany, was arrested at 3:40 p.m. Oct. 27 in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree promoting prison contraband, a class D felony; and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Coleman’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Thomas J. Davis, 25, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 8:29 p.m. Oct. 27 in Athens and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n An 18-year-old woman, of Leeds, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. Oct. 28 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Laura M. Vitale, 39, of the Bronx, was arrested at 3:08 a.m. Oct. 28 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. Lawrence, 40, of Greenville, was arrested at 12:26 a.m. Oct. 28 in Greenville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. Ryan, 21, of Shandaken, was arrested at 12:17 a.m. Oct. 29 in Hunter and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and moving unsafely from a lane, an infraction. n Corinna Romesburg, 53, of Windsor, Connecticut, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. Oct. 29 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Dempsey, 56, of New Baltimore, was arrested at 2:45 p.m. Oct. 29 in New Baltimore and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Sheila A. David, 60, of Catskill, was arrested at 9:05 p.m. Oct. 31 in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Bryson M. Banks, 20, of Clintondale, was arrested at 2:50 p.m. Oct. 22 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Banks has a court date set for Nov. 28 at 1 p.m.

n Jordan D. Buno, 29, of Catskill, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. Oct. 22 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Buno was held in lieu of $250 bail or $2,500 bond.

n Autumn L. Kalney, 30, of Catskill, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. Oct. 22 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Kalney was held in lieu of $200 bail or $2,500 bond.
