n Braiden L. Knapp, 33, of Cairo, was arrested at 9:41 p.m. Nov. 15 in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated with alcohol or drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense, aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor, and a speed violation of imprudent speed, an infraction. She was released to a third party.

n Charles J. Moore, 40, of Hunter, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. Nov. 16 in Hurley and charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, a class A misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct by obstructing traffic, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Ellery A. Ecker, 35, of Johnstown, was arrested at 7:05 a.m. Nov. 17 in Greenville and charged with possession of a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jarrett A. Daddario, 31, of West Kill, was arrested at 3:38 p.m. Nov. 17 in Hunter and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher with a prior offense, driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, both class E felonies, and failing to use a designated lane, an infraction. He was held.

n Ericka Tomaszewski, 42, of Saugerties, was arrested at 5:15 p.m. Nov. 17 in Catskill and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor, two counts of controlled substances in a non-original container, a violation, moving unsafely from a lane and a speed violation of imprudent speed, both infractions. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Shaquaya Weaver, 23, of the Bronx, was arrested at 9:55 a.m. Nov. 18 in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree introduction of dangerous contraband in prison, a class D felony, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance.

n Matthew R. Elsbree, 20, of Cairo, was arrested at 12:45 p.m. Nov. 18 in Cairo and charged with third-degree bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.

n Michael Jornov, 59, of Hunter, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. Nov. 18 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Matthew J. Beatty, 26, of Leeds, was arrested at 5:23 p.m. Nov. 18 in Cairo and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon: possessing a firearm with a previous conviction, a class D felony, and driving while ability impaired with alcohol, an infraction. He was held.

n Jenna L. Hoovler, 19, of Acra, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. Nov. 18 in Cairo and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing by applying pressure and endangering the welfare of a child, both class A misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Matthew A. Meier, 37, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 3:06 p.m. Nov. 19 in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor, and controlled substances in an non-original container, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Donald J. Mather, 28, of Cairo, was arrested at 3:18 p.m. Nov. 19 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n John R. McCullough, 34, of Greenville, was arrested at 5:01 p.m. Nov. 19 in Greenville and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor. He was held in lieu of bail or bond.

n Jason M. Legg, 32, of Catskill, was arrested at 4:05 p.m. Nov. 20 in Catskill and charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
