State police

n Israel Narvaez Geigel, 21, of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, was arrested at 7:57 p.m. Dec. 21 in Valatie and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a loaded firearm, a class C felony; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Geigel’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Bernard J. Corey, 40, of New Rochelle, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. Dec. 22 in Chatham and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no priors, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n Meghan W. Klawson, 27, of Hudson, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. Dec. 22 in Livingston and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n Jeremiah G. Roberts, 38, of Troy, was arrested at 3:36 p.m. Dec. 23 in Canaan and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with 1 ounce or more of cannabis, a class C felony; and fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana over 2 ounces, a class A misdemeanor. He was held in lieu of cash bail.

n An 18-year-old female, of Claverack, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. Dec. 24 in Claverack and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor. She was held.

n Ellen P. Lynch, 56, of Stuyvesant, was arrested at 7 p.m. Dec. 24 in Stuyvesant and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and aggravated Driving While Intoxicated: no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor; and failing to use a designated lane, an infraction. She was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n Jermaine E. Williams, 26, of Chatham, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. Dec. 25 in the village of Chatham and charged with second-degree obstruction of a governmental admin, a class A misdemeanor; resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor; third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was held.

n Charles P. Rosenberg, 22, of Oneonta, was arrested at 3:22 p.m. Dec. 25 in Livingston and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n Dana S. Cole, 27, of Oneonta, was arrested at 3:22 p.m. Dec. 25 in Livingston and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n A 12-year-old boy, of Chatham, was arrested at 9 a.m. Dec. 8 in Chatham and charged with fourth-degree arson: Recklessly damage, a class E felony. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n An 11-year-old boy, of Chatham, was arrested at 9 a.m. Dec. 8 in Chatham and charged with fourth-degree arson: Recklessly damage, a class E felony. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n A 12-year-old boy, of Chatham, was arrested at 9 a.m. Dec. 8 in Chatham and charged with fifth-degree arson: Intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n An 11-year-old boy, of Chatham, was arrested at 9 a.m. Dec. 8 in Chatham and charged with fifth-degree arson: Intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n Katheline L. Rosa, 25, of East Meadow, was arrested at 1:42 p.m. Dec. 26 in Chatham and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n Nicholas S. Martinez, 26, of Oceanside, was arrested at 1:42 p.m. Dec. 26 in Chatham and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n Owen Kilmer, 50, of Hudson, was arrested at 7:13 p.m. Dec. 26 in Ghent and charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, an unclassified misdemeanor. His arrestee status is unknown.

n Raymond T. Sheak, 50, of Hudson, was arrested at 9:22 a.m. Dec. 27 in Claverack and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment: Physical contact, a violation. He was released on cash bail.

n Bruce Hotaling, 42, of Hudson, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. Dec. 27 in Greenport and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class D felony; and second-degree menacing, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.

n Justin Secovnie, 21, of Hudson, was arrested at 11:23 a.m. Dec. 27 in Chatham and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana: fewer than 2 ounces, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.
