State police

n Richard Kammerer, 51, of Durham, was arrested at 4:30 a.m. Dec. 21 in Durham and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction, a class D felony; operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher with a prior conviction, driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-with a prior conviction, all class E felonies; driving while intoxicated with alcohol or drugs, a class E felony; and second-time offense, and second-degree menacing with a weapon, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.

n Jordan M. Ellsworth, 27, of Phoenicia, was arrested at 10:55 a.m. Dec. 21 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into prison, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Thomas F. Kelly, 74, of Catskill, was arrested at 6:46 p.m. Dec. 21 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Edward K. Kwityn, 38, of Rutherford, New Jersey, was arrested at 8:47 p.m. Dec. 22 in New Baltimore and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n John A. Rodriguez, 54, of Catskill, was arrested at 3:03 a.m. Dec. 23 in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug, a class C felony; operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses.

n Brian C. Coletti, 22, of Cairo, was arrested at 10:37 a.m. Dec. 23 in Catskill and charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, both class A misdemeanors; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Ann M. DePaolo, 50, of LaGrangeville, was arrested at 11:57 p.m. Dec. 24 in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and aggravated Driving While Intoxicated: no prior, all unclassified misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Eugene Duffy, 60, of Staatsburg, was arrested at 3:37 p.m. Dec. 24 in Cairo and charged with Driving While Intoxicated with a previous conviction in 10 years, a class E felony; and aggravated Driving While Intoxicated: 1 prior, a class E felony. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Joseph J. Mazal, 35, of Westerlo, was arrested at 12:50 p.m. Dec. 26 in Greenville and charged with Driving While ability Impaired by drugs with two prior convictions within 10 years, a class D felony; first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a class E felony; crossing road hazard markings, unsafe tires and not having a motor vehicle license violation, all infractions. His arrestee status is unknown.

n Mark J. Deso, 26, of New Baltimore, was arrested at 4:08 p.m. Dec. 26 in New Baltimore and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motorvehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Tiffany Longworth, 35, of Mechanicville, was arrested at 6:22 p.m. Dec. 27 in the town of Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Robert E. Lambert, 29, of Cairo, was arrested at 5:52 p.m. Dec. 27 in Cairo and charged with aggravated family offense, a class E felony; fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment: physical contact, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Randall Cramer, 50, of Catskill, was arrested at 2:02 p.m. Dec. 17 in Catskill and charged with falsely reporting an incident and a false written statement, both class A misdemeanors. He was given an appearance ticket to return to court 9:30 a.m. Jan. 3.

n James E. Jennings, 31, of Hudson, was arrested at 5 p.m. Dec. 17 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket to return to court 9:30 a.m. Jan. 3.

n Wade Rosette, 38, of Preston Hollow, was arrested at 4:29 p.m. Dec. 20 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket to return to court 1 p.m. Jan. 3.

n Raymond A. Benjamin, 50, of Catskill was arrested at 10:10 a.m. Dec. 21 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket to return to court 9:30 a.m. Jan. 3.

n Joseph Lane, 31, of Hunter, was arrested at 9:17 p.m. Dec. 23 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket to return to court 9:30 a.m. Jan. 17.
