State policen Manuel Cintron, 46, of Hillsdale, was arrested at 3:20 a.m. Dec. 30 in Livingston and charged with third-degree bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor. His arrestee status is unknown.
n William S. Hartigan, 30, of Great Barrington, Massachusetts, was arrested at 9:01 p.m. Dec. 29 in New Lebanon and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: Stimulants, a class C felony; two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, both class A misdemeanors; unlawful possession of marijuana and a controlled substance in its nonoriginal container, both violations. His arrestee status is unknown.
n Mitchell D. Neary, 31, of Kinderhook, was arrested at 4:50 p.m. Dec. 30 in Kinderhook and charged with second-degree burglary: Dwelling, a class C felony; fourth-degree grand larceny: Property from a person, a class E felony; and unauthorized use of a computer, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.
n Marcus A. Lopez, 25, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 7:16 a.m. Dec. 30 in New Lebanon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.
n Angela M. Bridgham, 34, of Claverack, was arrested at 2:55 p.m. Dec. 31 in Greenport and charged with second-degree burglary, a class C felony. She was held.
n Timothy K. Link, 52, of Elizaville, was arrested at 8:15 a.m. Dec. 31 in Livingston and charged with first-degree operation a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.
n Jose A. Flores, 56, of Copake Falls, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. Dec. 31 in Copake and charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and Driving While Intoxicated: first-time offense, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.
n Derek J. Bennett, 41, of Hudson, was arrested at 12:57 a.m. Jan. 1 in Claverack and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana: fewer than 25 grams, a class B misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.
n Tevin Vanness, 21, of Ghent, was arrested at 2:44 a.m. Jan. 1 in Greenport and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.
n Shakir M. Miah, 35, of Hudson, was arrested at 3:24 a.m. Jan. 1 in New Lebanon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.
n Julia P. Wojtkowski, 25, of Stephentown, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. Jan. 1 in Livingston and charged with tampering with physical evidence: Conceal or destroy, a class E felony; and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was released on cash bail.
n Brandon N. Merchant, 31, of Ghent, was arrested at 4:25 a.m. Jan. 1 in Albany and charged with Driving While Intoxicated: first-time offense, an unclassified misdemeanor; moving unsafely from a lane, failing to use designated lane and speed violation: imprudent speed, all infractions. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.
n David J. Dunavin, 46, of Colonie, was arrested at 9:48 a.m. Jan. 1 in New Lebanon and charged with third-degree bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on cash bail.
n Nicholas Krupitsky, 20, of Dobbs Ferry, was arrested at 2:04 a.m. Jan. 2 in Canaan and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.
COLUMBIA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
n Shamonique Bell, 23, of Catskill, was arrested at 2:55 p.m. Dec. 26 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. Bell is accused of violating an order of protection. She was issued an appearance ticket to return to Claverack Town Court on Jan 15.
n Geoffrey Gott, 58, of Lakeville, Connecticut, was arrested at 7:32 p.m. Dec. 30 and charged with DWI, an unclassified misdemeanor; and failure to keep right, a traffic infraction. Police responded to the report of a property damage accident in Copake at the intersection of Route 22 and Old Route 22 and found Gott had damaged his vehicle and was still behind the wheel. He failed field sobriety tests. Gott was arraigned in Copake Town Court and was released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to return to court Jan. 28.
n An 18-year-old man, of Hudson, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. Dec. 30 and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor; and failure to keep right, a traffic infraction. Police pulled the man over on Fairview Avenue in Greenport for failing to keep right and found him in possession of about 29 grams of marijuana. He was issued appearance tickets returnable to Greenport Town Court on Jan. 14.
n William Chase, 63, of Craryville, was arrested at 10:55 p.m. Dec. 29 and charged with DWI, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content over .08 percent, both unclassified misdemeanors; speeding and consumption of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, both traffic infractions. Chase was pulled over driving on county Route 7 in Copake for speeding. He had an open container of alcoholic beverage in the vehicle and was administered a breathalyzer test that yielded a blood alcohol content of .17 percent. Chase was released on appearance tickets and to return to Copake Town Court on Jan. 28.
n John Dobrouch, 41, of Hudson, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. Dec. 22 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument, both class a misdemeanors; second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; operating with no vehicle inspection and having an inadequate exhaust system, both traffic infractions. Police pulled Dobrouch over for vehicle equipment violations and found he had heroin and was driving with a suspended license. He was issued an appearance ticket to return to Stockport Town Court on Jan. 21.
n James Jennings, 31, of Hudson, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. Dec. 22 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument, both class A misdemeanors. Jennings was a passenger in Dobrouch’s vehicle, and police found him in possession of a quantity of crack cocaine and syringes. He was issued an appearance ticket to return to Stockport Town Court on Jan. 21.
n Yolanda Almestica-Rivera, 55, of Hudson, was arrested at 8:48 a.m. Dec. 26 and charged with tampering with physical evidence, a class E felony; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; and operating with unsafe tires, a traffic infraction. Almestica-Rivera was stopped on Route 66 in Greenport for driving on her rim after her tire blew out. Police found she was driving with a suspended license and was in possession of a quantity of crack cocaine, which she attempted to destroy. She was issued appearance tickets to return to Greenport Town Court on Monday.
