Rhinebeck Bank promotes Martinez to assistant vice president

POUGHKEEPSIE — Rhinebeck Bank announces that Alexandra Martinez has recently been promoted to assistant vice president, operations manager at their Poughkeepsie headquarters.

Prior to her most recent promotion, Martinez served as operations manager at the bank’s corporate headquarters. During her career at Rhinebeck Bank, she has ascended to various leadership roles, starting as a teller in 2010 and moving upward to branch operations assistant and assistant branch manager.

She thrives in her work environment and when asked why Rhinebeck Bank is important to her, she stated “I love working at Rhinebeck Bank because no other bank knows and cares for their customers as well as we do. Rhinebeck has such a positive work environment and really believes in and supports its employees.”

Before starting her career in banking in 2006 with the Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union, Martinez attended various institutions for her degrees. She originally attended Manhattan College for Communications, but later transferred to Dutchess Community College to attain her Associates Degree. From there, she continued her education earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Communications from Marist College. Additionally, she has also completed some graduate level courses.
