Tivoli Artists Gallery presents annual Holiday Show, with creative gifts and novelties

TIVOLI – Tivoli Artists Gallery Tivoli Artists Gallery, the Hudson Valley collective of artists, artisans and photographers, announces its final presentation of the year, a showcase of handmade artwork, jewelry, goods and novelties via its annual HOLIDAY SHOW (November 22 - December 22, 2019). This trademark TAG event features work from members and guest artists in the area, offering everything from fine art to traditional crafts to whimsical fancies and creative, one-of-a-kind pieces, all at a variety of prices. There will be an artists opening reception on Saturday, Nov. 23 from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. – a chance to meet the many talents whose work will be for sale, and to mix and mingle with the community. No charge to attend, light refreshments will be served.

The Holiday Show, which will run for five-weekends, has always been a time for members and non-members alike to exhibit items for holiday giving, often unique objects created just for this show. Show curator Peggy Farrington will guide the exhibit and look to feature unique gifts such as paintings, photographs, handmade jewelry and accessories. Pottery, other artistic items and more will also be on display and available. In the spirit of supporting local artists and supplying more special gift ideas, the gallery will also offer gift certificates in any amount, which can be used for gift memberships or to purchase future items.

According to Farrington, “We aim to bring art into your life. If you’re looking to give a special gift of creativity this year, while supporting the local arts community, you have come to the right place.” Farrington’s goal is to unite artists with the region and create an environment of positivity and prosperity. She adds, “We are passionate about local, handmade goods and sharing the works of member and guest artists with the rest of world.”

Tivoli has become a destination for the arts in the Hudson Valley and TAG, now in its 26th year, has been a mainstay for artists and arts enthusiasts.
