Professor Louie & The Crowmatix at Daryl’s House
PAWLING — Grammy Nominated Professor Louie & The Crowmatix, from Woodstock, will perform a special concert event at Daryl’s House, 130 Route 22, Thursday, Nov. 21, 8 p.m.
Pawling and feature songs from their extensive music catalogue. Playing songs from their 15 studio CDs, including new original songs from their latest 2019 “Miles Of Blues” CD, fan favorites and select tunes from The Band & Bob Dylan. Their CD “Miles Of Blues” has been on the RMR Radio charts in the top 50 for the past three months.
Professor Louie has emerged in the music industry as a torch bearer of the true spirit of American Roots music — a seasoned live performer, prolific recording artist and versatile multi-instrumentalist (Hammond B3 organ, piano/keyboards, accordion, vocals), Professor Louie also wears the hat of award-winning recording producer and engineer, capturing the talents of some of the world’s most highly acclaimed musicians, most notably, The Band. Professor Louie & The Crowmatix play 150 shows a year in the U.S. and worldwide, and have 15 studio CDs on the Woodstock Records label. PL&C have been inducted into Blues Hall Of Fame, New York Chapter, and hold a permanent place in the Canada South Blues Museum.
