SARATOGA Springs - Starting Jan. 19 federal employees and families affected by the government shutdown can enjoy free admission to the Children’s Museum at Saratoga throughout January. The free admission is extended to furloughed employees and their immediate family. To receive free admission, furloughed employees must show their federal ID or badge at the admissions desk.

“We’re hopeful that we can offer the families that are affected by the government shutdown a bit of a reprieve during this difficult time. A day of play at the museum can be the opportunity for these families to relax while they spend time learning and growing together,” says Executive Director, Sarah Smith Syden.

Located in Saratoga Springs, The Children’s Museum at Saratoga is a 501(c)(3) organization, dedicated to creating an interactive community that inspires curiosity, sparks imagination and nurtures discovery.
