STATE POLICE

n Megan N. Dwyer, 27, of Troy, was arrested at 5:08 p.m. April 7 in Chatham and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated with alcohol or drugs, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and a speed violation of speeding in a work zone, an infraction. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Brian J. Hisert, 43, of New Lebanon, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. April 13 in New Lebanon and charged with .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors first-time offenses; crossing road hazardous markings and failing to yield the right-of-way, both infractions. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n An 18-year-old man, of Amenia, was arrested at 12:25 a.m. April 14 in Ancram and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jonathan R. Decker, 25, of Hudson, was arrested at 12:44 a.m. April 14 in Greenport and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor; and unsafe movement of a stopped motor vehicle, an infraction. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Megan L. Jostlin, 34, of Hillsdale, was arrested at 2 a.m. April 14 in Kinderhook and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction, a class D felony; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; and failing to obey a traffic device, an infraction. She was held in lieu of bail bond.

n Christopher M. Harrington, 28, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 4 a.m. April 14 in New Lebanon and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; and having dazzling headlights, an infraction. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Ricky Herrera, 33, of Hudson, was arrested at 4:40 a.m. April 14 in Greenport and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Patti A. Stickle, 26, of Chatham, was arrested at 2:35 p.m. April 15 in Chatham and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Fred A. Dickens, 49, of Valatie, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. April 17 in Kinderhook and charged with second-degree menacing, third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, all class A misdemeanors. Dickens’ arrestee status is unknown.

n Michael J. Bauer, 46, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 10:50 a.m. April 18 in Hudson and charged with third-degree criminal possession of marijuana over 8 oz., a class E felony. He was given an appearance ticket.

n Lea Brown-Oliva, 33, of Chatham, was arrested at 3:52 p.m. April 8 in Greenport and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She has a court date set for April 30.

n Valarie Jamison, 54, of Stockport, was arrested at 5:59 p.m. April 8 in Greenport and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She has a court date set for April 30.

n Connor Hallock, 24, of Hudson, was arrested at 5:50 a.m. April 10 in Greenport and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and failing to use a designated lane, an infraction. He was a court date set for April 23.

n Nicholace Florez, 31, of South Egremont, Massachusetts, was arrested at 7:28 p.m. April 13 in Hillsdale and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; and impeding traffic, an infraction. She has a court date set for May 16.

n Kristina Berger, 35, of Nassau, was arrested at 10:48 p.m. April 13 in Chatham and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; failing to use a designated lane and consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle, both infractions. She was released on her own recognizance and has a court date set for April 25.

n Shawn Mazelie, 37, of Hillsdale, was arrested at 3:56 p.m. April 17 in Claverack and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; and driving with no seat belt, an infraction. He was issued tickets returnable to Claverack Town Court on May 8.
