STATE POLICE
n Perry S. Camp, 38, of Fultonville, was arrested at 11:13 p.m. May 3 in Kinderhook and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Clarence W. Risch, 48, of Hudson, was arrested at 6 p.m. May 6 in Greenport and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor; and third-degree criminal trespassing, a class B misdemeanor. He was held in lieu of cash bail.
n Fred A. Dickens, 49, of Valatie, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. May 7 in Valatie and charged with second-degree criminal contempt by disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.
n Alyssa M. Bevilacqua, 50, of Stormville, was arrested at 9:44 a.m. May 8 in Chatham and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle with alcohol, a class E felony; and first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Tina M. Provost, 52, of New Lebanon, was arrested at 8:05 p.m. May 8 in New Lebanon and charged with third-degree criminal mischief of property valuing more than $250, a class E felony; fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use, a class A misdemeanor; and third-degree menacing, a class B misdemeanor. She was held.
COLUMBIA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICEn Brianna Rowen, 23, of Germantown, was arrested at 2:57 p.m. April 23 in Hudson and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; and having a side-window tint, an infraction. She has a court date set for May 29.
n Felix J. Acosta, 38, of Sanbury, Pennsylvania, was arrested at 2:49 a.m. May 4 in Kinderhook and charged with being a fugitive from justice, a felony; second-degree criminal impersonation, a class A misdemeanor; and speeding, an infraction. He was held without bail.
n Malayia Hardmon, 24, of Sanbury, Pennsylvania, was arrested at 2:49 a.m. May 4 in Kinderhook and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance and has a court date set for May 22.
