n Linda A. Kilcer, 64, of Hudson, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. May 17 in Greenport and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Stephen D. Byrne, 32, of Hudson, was arrested at 3:43 p.m. May 17 in Greenport and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Scott J. Barnes, 45, of Niverville, was arrested at 4:08 p.m. May 17 in Chatham and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and having controlled substances in a non-original container, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n A 15-year-old boy, of Canaan, was arrested at 1:32 p.m. May 18 in Canaan and charged with second-degree false reporting on private premises, a class E felony; third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury and criminal mischief with intent to damage property, both class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Alexandra G. Michaud, 24, of Catskill, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. May 19 in Clermont and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was released to a third party.

n Steven M. Donald, 27, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 4:30 a.m. May 19 in New Lebanon and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. Donald’s arrestee status is unknown.

n A 13-year-old boy, of Canaan, was arrested at 8:15 a.m. May 19 in Canaan and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n A 16-year-old boy, of Freehold, was arrested at 8:16 a.m. May 19 in Canaan and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jeremiah J. Gonzalez, 25, of Danville, was arrested at 12:18 p.m. May 19 in Ghent and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Fred A. Dickens, 49, of Valatie, was arrested at 5:46 p.m. May 19 in Valatie and charged with second-degree criminal contempt by disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Ronald S. Hamm, 54, of Valatie, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. May 19 in Kinderhook and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. Hamm’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Shawn C. Thomas, 33, of Claverack, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. May 20 in Philmont and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate, operating a motor vehicle without inspection, a motor vehicle violation of operating an unregistered vehicle, a motor vehicle violation of having no license and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on the highway, all infractions. He was held.

n Kevin Perez, 24, of Corona, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. May 21 in Gallatin and charged with first-degree criminal possession of marijuana over 10 pounds, a class C felony. He was held in lieu of cash bail.

n Kevin Mendez, 22, of Fresh Meadows, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. May 21 in Gallatin and charged with first-degree criminal possession of marijuana over 10 pounds, a class C felony. He was held in lieu of cash bail.

n Tatiana Lopez, 22, of Elmhurst, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. May 21 in Gallatin and charged with first-degree criminal possession of marijuana over 10 pounds, a class C felony. She was held in lieu of cash bail.

n Jonathan H. Hernandez, 24, of Flushing, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. May 21 in Gallatin and charged with first-degree criminal possession of marijuana over 10 pounds, a class C felony. He was held in lieu of cash bail.

n Adrian M. Egbert, 39, of Hudson, was arrested at 1 p.m. May 21 in Livingston and charged with first-degree promoting prison contraband, a class D felony. He was held.

n Elana M. Kramer, 24, of Housatonic, Massachusetts, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. May 22 in Hudson and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drugs with intent to sell, criminal possession of a controlled substance with narcotic drugs, both class B felonies; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was held in lieu of bail bond.

n Kashayla R. Wright, 25, of Hudson, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. May 23 in Gallatin and charged with a motor vehicle violation of having a suspended registration, an unclassified misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Brock Miles, 28, of Philmont, was arrested at 11:08 p.m. May 9 in Philmont and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, endangering the welfare of a child, all class A misdemeanors; and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance and had a court date set for May 24.

n Kent Stadtlander, 28, of Hudson, was arrested at 9:11 p.m. May 12 in Hudson and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He had a court date set for May 15.

n Sheri Thompson, 47, of Copake, was arrested at 8:33 p.m. May 16 in Claverack and charged with resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor; third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; and operating a motor vehicle with no license and no headlights, both infractions. She has a court date set for June 19.

n Sonya Brixius, 28, of Philmont, was arrested at 5:19 p.m. May 17 in Philmont and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance and had a court date set for May 24.

n Teresa Moore, 25, of Ghent, was arrested at 3:15 p.m. May 17 in Greenport and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; having a controlled substance in non-original container, consuming an open container of alcohol, both violations and failing to stop for a school bus, an infraction. She has a court date set for May 28.

n Lauren Ostrow, 66, of Ancram, was arrested at 11:17 p.m. May 19 in Greenport and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and failing to yield the right of way, an infraction. She has a court date set for June 4.

n Jeremy Vanness, 46, of Chatham, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. May 19 in Austerlitz and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; and a headlight violation, an infraction. He has a court date set for June 27.
