Monkash, 25, of Hudson, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. May 30 in New Lebanon and charged with four counts of torturing, injuring or not feeding an animal, a class A misdemeanor; and abandonment of a disabled animal, an unclassified misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Alisa Harper, 24, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 12:55 a.m. May 31 in New Lebanon and charged with third-degree fleeing of an officer in a motor vehicle, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n A 17-year-old woman, of Hudson, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. May 31 in Livingston and charged with first-degree promoting prison contraband, a class D felony; and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use, a class A misdemeanor. She was held.

n Tabitha A. Verge, 46, of Stephentown, was arrested at 5:34 p.m. May 31 in New Lebanon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Douglas W. Waldman,, 48, of North Chatham was arrested at 9:02 p.m. May 31 in Chatham and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. Waldmann’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Franklyn J. Ammie, 37, of Philmont, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. May 31 in Livingston and charged with third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony. He was held.

n Steven M. Herzog, 32, of Niverville, was arrested at 9:25 p.m. May 31 in Kinderhook and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Paige E. Smith, 21, of Philmont, was arrested at 3:01 a.m. June 1 in Kinderhook and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana with over 25 grams, a class B misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Umut Tanrikulu, 29, of Hudson, was arrested at 6:52 a.m. June 1 in Claverack and charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. He was held

n Robert E. Overocker, 62, of Menands, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. June 1 in Kinderhook and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Benjamin J. Lesson, 21, of West Sand Lake, was arrested at 11:01 p.m. June 1 in Kinderhook and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana with over 25 grams, a class B misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jonathan A. Ulmer, 39, of Kinderhook, was arrested at 11:14 p.m. June 1 in Kindehook and charged with third-degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, a class A misdemeanor; driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor; unlawful possession of marijuana and a speed violation of exceeding 55 mph, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Eric Humbert, 47, of Chatham, was arrested at 3:15 a.m. June 2 in Chatham and charged with three counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, third-degree reckless endangerment, both class A misdemeanors; and illegal discharging of a firearm, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was held in lieu of cash bail.

n Joshua R. Charron, 20, of Philmont, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. June 2 in Philmont and charged with assault with intent to cause serious physical injury, a class D felony. Charron’s arrest was not reported.

Donovan, 22, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 12:13 a.m. June 3 in New Lebanon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Rodriguez, 30, of Albany, was arrested at 12:36 a.m. June 3 in Gallatin and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class C felony; third-degree fleeing of an officer in a motor vehicle, a class A misdemeanor; and reckless driving, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was held.

n David G. White, 38, of Germantown, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. June 4 in Clermont and charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jason H. Dean, 39, of Greenport, was arrested at 11:45 a.m. June 5 in Rhinebeck and charged with second-degree criminal contempt by disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor. He was held in lieu of cash bail.

n Anita Bridgham, 55, of Hillsdale, was arrested at 11:59 p.m. May 22 in Claverack and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She has a court date set for June 12.

n Jason McCarthy, 35, of Copake, was arrested at 1:02 p.m. May 26 in Copake and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and alcohol, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both unclassified misdemeanors; having an uninspected motor vehicle, and having non working stop lamps, both infractions. He has a court date set for June 25.

n Youseff Ahmed, 29, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 7:18 p.m. May 26 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; and inadequate exhaust, a traffic infraction by Deputies Peter Merante and Zachary Sohotra. Ahmed was stopped on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Austerlitz for a loud muffler. He was in possession of approximately 18 grams of Psilocybin Mushrooms and a quantity of marijuana. He was issued tickets to return to Austerlitz Town Court on June 27.

n Richard Kopec, 54, of Ghent, was arrested at 10 p.m. May 26 in Ghent and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor; speeding and passing in a no passing zone, both infractions; by Deputies Peter Merante and Zachary Sohotra. He has a court date set for June 18.

n William Hines, 47, of Kinderhook, was arrested at 12:04 p.m. May 29 in Stockport and charged with tampering with physical evidence, a class E felony; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; and trespassing, a violation. He was held with no bail and has a court date set for June 18.
