STATE POLICEn Tyler C. Rossi, 23, of Claverack, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. June 14 in Claverack and charged with resisting arrest, two counts of third-degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, two counts of reckless driving, an unclassified misdemeanor; a motor vehicle license of having no license, a traffic device violation: red indications, moving unsafely from a lane, a speed violation of exceeding 55 mph, a speed violation of speeding in a work zone and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, all infractions. He was held.
n Micheal P. Kelley, 33, of Philmont, was arrested at 6:07 p.m. June 15 in Philmont and charged with third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing, both class A misdemeanors; and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was held.
n Douglas A. Willey, 50, of Stephentown, was arrested at 10:48 p.m. June 16 in New Lebanon and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Ryan E. Schroeder, 22, of West Sand Lake, was arrested at 4:28 a.m. June 17 in New Lebanon and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n David J. Nardone, 57, of Claverack, was arrested at 6:30 a.m. June 17 in Hudson and charged with second-degree criminal contempt by disobeying a court order and third-degree stalking, both class A misdemeanors. Nardone’s arrestee status is unknown.
n Felix D. Guerrero, 33, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 10:10 a.m. June 17 in Gallatin and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation with three or more suspensions, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was held in lieu of $500 cash bail.
n Dwight D. Dottin, 28, of Hudson, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. June 18 in Hudson and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance with narcotic drugs, a class B felony. He was held.
n Joseph P. Foley, 21, of Stephentown, was arrested at 3:40 p.m. June 19 in New Lebanon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Tevin J. VanNess, 20, of Chatham, was arrested at 8:25 p.m. June 20 in Kinderhook and charged with first-degree facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher with a prior conviction, both class E felonies; driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor; and refusing to take a breath test, an infraction. He was held in lieu of bail bond.
COLUMBIA COUNTY POLICE BLOTTERn Karl Aakjar, 30, of Valatie, was arrested at 4:04 p.m. June 5 in Kinderhook and charged with fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, a class A misdemeanor; driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor; speeding and consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle, an infractions. He was released on his own recognizance and had a court date set for June 19.
n David Booth, 47, of Valatie, was arrested at 10:54 a.m. June 6 in Kinderhook and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and has a court sate set for June 26.
n David Jostlin, 53, of Stuyvesant, was arrested at 6:49 p.m. June 7 in Columbiaville and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He has a court date set for June 25.
n Elizabeth Reeger, 24, of Flushing, was arrested at 7:45 p.m. June 8 in Austerlitz and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She has a court date set for June 27.
n Elroy Dupuis, 53, of Niverville, was arrested at 6:44 p.m. June 9 in Chatham and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class C felony; and fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor. He has a court date set for June 27.
n Stephen Silliman, 34, of Chatham, was arrested at 5:05 p.m. June 11 in Chatham and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and has a court date set for July 3.
n Nathaniel Price, 22, of Lutherville, Maryland, was arrested at 6:46 p.m. June 13 in Greenport and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class C felony; fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony; and having an inadequate muffler, an infraction. He was held in lieu of $10,000 bail or $20,000 bond.
n James Jennings, 30, of Hudson, was arrested on a warrant at 11:46 a.m. June 15 in Livingston and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and had a court date set for June 21.
n Domenico Gurliacci, 37, of Stamford, Connecticut, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. June 17 in Claverack and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class A misdemeanor; third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; and having no license plate lamp, an infraction. He was released on his own recognizance and has a court date set for June 26.
