n Caitlin E. Utter, 23, of Hillsdale, was arrested at 10:20 a.m. June 28 in Hillsdale and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and controlled substances in a non-original container, a violation. She was held.

n Loretta G. Patterson, 33, of Hudson, was arrested at 11:31 a.m. June 28 in Livingston and charged with third-degree larceny, a class D felony. She was released on his own recognizance.

n Stephen W. Crews, 52, of Rhinebeck, was arrested at 6:43 p.m. June 28 in Livingston and charged with three counts of issuing a bad check while knowing the drawer has insufficient funds, a class B misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Christopher Copeland, 28, of Ghent, was arrested at 3:50 p.m. June 30 in Canaan and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n Randy M. Clarke, 49, of Valatie, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. June 30 in Valatie and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Marc A. Genovese, 37, of Russell, Massachusetts, was arrested at 2:20 a.m. July 1 in Kinderhook and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. Genovese’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Jason G. O’Connell, 23, of Copake, was arrested at 10:50 a.m. July 2 in Livingston and charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Darell Robinson, 28, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 3:14 a.m. July 3 in Taghkanic and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was held.

n Clifford D. Fields, 44, of New Lebanon, was arrested at 3:14 a.m. July 3 in Taghkanic and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony. He was held.

n Thomas Z. Kosla, 21, of New York, was arrested at 11:45 a.m. July 3 in New Lebanon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Elaine G. Danar, 69, of Hudson, was arrested at 10:40 a.m. July 4 in Clermont and charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor, and a speed violation of speeding in a work zone, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.

n Julian Kokas, 23, of Red Hook, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. July 5 in Hudson and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense, an equipment violation of having no headlights and refusing to take a breath test, both infractions. He was held in lieu of $250 bail.
