n Edward E. Shibley, 39, of West Springfield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 5:31 p.m. July 12 in New Lebanon and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; controlled substances in a non-original container and unlawful possession of marijuana, both violations. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Joseph A. Cole, 53, of Kinderhook, was arrested at 8:55 a.m. July 13 in Kinderhook and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property and criminal mischief: reckless damage of property greater than $250, both class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Ryan M. McEachern, 32, of Weymouth, Massachusetts, was arrested at 10:46 a.m. July 13 in New Lebanon and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class C felony; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was held in lieu of $3,500 cash bail.

n Brent M. Thorsey, 38, of Chatham, was arrested at 1:05 p.m. July 13 in Chatham and charged with unlawful growing of cannabis, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Daniel J. Repka, 21, of Chatham, was arrested at 10:24 p.m. July 13 in Livingston and charged with second-degree identity theft: committing a felony and fourth-degree grand larceny of a credit card, both class E felonies. He was held in lieu of $500 cash bail.

n Kaushal Chinnusamy, 28, of Hudson, was arrested at 3 a.m. July 14 in Stockport and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jeffrey D. Pike, 37, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. July 15 in New Lebanon and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Benjamin A. Brickle, 30, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 6:34 p.m. July 15 in New Lebanon and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child, a class E felony and first-time offense; operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

n Khizar M. Ahmad, 41, of East Greenbush, was arrested at 6:05 p.m. July 16 in Taghkanic and charged with first-degree criminal contempt using physical contact, a class E felony; second-degree criminal contempt by disobeying a court order, endangering the welfare of a child, both class A misdemeanors; and second-degree harassment using physical contact, a violation. Ahmad’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Tanya M. Heermance, 34, of Ghent, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. July 16 in Kinderhook and charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and two counts of controlled substances in a non-original container, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Heather L. Wood, 23, of Ravena, was arrested at 12:35 p.m. July 18 in Livingston and charged with second-degree burglary of a dwelling, a class C felony; fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property: possessing a credit card, a class E felony; and second-degree criminal impersonation of another person, a class A misdemeanor. She was held in lieu of cash bail.

n John Leibach, 31, of Valatie, was arrested at 8:32 p.m July 1 in Stockport and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a class E felony; and second-degree aggravated harassment, a class A misdemeanor. He was held in lieu of $15,000 bail or $30,000 bond and had a court date set for July 16.

n Jeffrey Kirkpatrick, 49, of Ghent, was arrested at 11:01 a.m. July 7 in Stockport and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, a class A misdemeanor. He had a court date set for July 23.

n Stacy Peters, 50, of Stockport, was arrested at 5:41 p.m. July 7 in Stockport and charged with third-degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, a class A misdemeanor; reckless driving, an unclassified misdemeanor; speeding, failing to keep right, and moving unsafely from a lane, all infractions. She has a court date set for July 30.

n Earl Mellan Jr., 40, of Copake, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. July 10 in Copake and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance and had a court date set for July 23.

n Kurt Cangelosi, 35, of Cairo, was arrested at 3:52 a.m. July 10 in Ghent and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a control substance, a class A misdemeanor; and having an inadequate headlight, an infraction. He has a court date set for Aug. 13.

n Katy Skelley, 21, of Hillsdale, was arrested at 11:39 p.m. July 10 in Claverack and charged with driving while ability impaired with drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; speeding and failing to keep right, both infractions. She has a court date set for July 31.

n Zachary Glover, 49, of Hudson, was arrested at 8:53 p.m. July 11 in Claverack and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; operating a vehicle with no insurance, having an inadequate headlight, and having an inadequate exhaust, all infractions. He had a court date set for July 24.

n Leila Moody-Williams, 23, of North Adams, Massachusetts, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. July 15 in Austerlitz and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a class E felony; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; and speeding, an infraction. She has a court date set for Aug. 1.

n Miftar Ajdarpasic, 40, of Utica, was arrested on a warrant at 12:12 p.m. July 16 in Chatham and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He had a court date set for July 25.
