STATE POLICE

n Jason T. Summers, 23, of Chatham, was arrested at 1:02 p.m. July 19 in Livingston and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property with a credit card, a class E felony. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Duane R. Montgomery, 46, of Philmont, was arrested at 8:35 p.m. July 26 in Philmont and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief by preventing an emergency call, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n William A. Demers, 30, of New Lebanon, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. July 27 in New Lebanon and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Demers’ arrestee status is unknown.

n John S. Novine, 54, of Kinderhook, was arrested at 8:30 a.m. July 27 in Kinderhook and charged with third-degree forgery and criminal impersonation: representing a company or person, both class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Sharodd T. Bailey, 32, of the Bronx, was arrested at 9:27 a.m. July 27 in Taghkanic and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was held in lieu of $500 cash bail.

n Tevin VanNess, 20, of Ghent, was arrested at 10:25 a.m. July 27 in Livingston and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property with a credit card, a class E felony. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Sabine Barnhart, 51, of Chatham, was arrested at 3:34 a.m. July 28 in Chatham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n James B. Cantele, 29, of Claverack, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. July 28 in Copake and charged with fourth-degree stalking: causing fear, a class B misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Anthony C. Grassi, 29, of Nassau, was arrested at 11:11 p.m. July 28 in New Lebanon and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Craig Poole, 32, of Spencertown, was arrested at 11:34 p.m. July 28 in Chatham and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Brandon A. Dymond, 23, of Nassau, was arrested at 3:29 a.m. July 29 in Chatham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Zachary D. Cassottabremenkamp, 25, of Chatham, was arrested at 3:45 a.m. July 29 in Chatham and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a firearm or weapon, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Paul C. Kozlowski, 55, of Germantown, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. July 30 in Germantown and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jennifer Hutchins, 39, of Winooski, Vermont, was arrested at 12:28 a.m. July 31 in Kinderhook and charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and controlled substances in a nonoriginal container, a violation. She was held.

n Paula A. Naoum, 64, of Worcester, Massachusetts, was arrested at 5:12 p.m. July 31 in New Lebanon and charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest, both class A misdemeanors. She was held in lieu of cash bail.

n Pamela J. Trowbridge, 52, of Kinderhook, was arrested at 11:22 p.m. July 31 in Claverack and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Janelle D. Moran, 29, of Chatham, was arrested at 3:30 a.m. Aug. 1 in Chatham and charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, a class A misdemeanor. She was held in lieu of $250 cash bail.

n Kristopher J. Skarzynski, 20, of Valatie, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. Aug. 1 in Valatie and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

COLUMBIA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

n James McNamee, 61, of Claverack, was arrested on a warrant at 10:34 a.m. July 12 in Hillsdale and charged with third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing, both class A misdemeanors; and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance and has a court date set for Aug. 15.

n Michael Kelley, 33, of Philmont, was arrested at 6:12 p.m. July 19 in Claverack and charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. He had a court date set for July 31.

n Julian Gabelus, 30, of Rhinebeck, was arrested at 3:48 p.m. July 21 in Claverack and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; speeding, driving without a license and consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle, all infractions. He has a court date set for Aug. 21.

n Jessica Smedley, 23, of New Paltz, was arrested at 3:57 p.m. July 25 in Greenport and charged with petty larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors. She was held in lieu of $500 bail and had a court date set for July 30.

n Edward Adams, 37, of Highland, was arrested at 3:57 p.m. July 25 in Greenport and charged with petty larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors. He was held in lieu of $500 bail and had a court date set for July 30.

n Keely Dolan, 18, of New Paltz, was arrested at 3:57 p.m. July 25 in Greenport and charged with petty larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors. She was held in lieu of $500 bail and had a court date set for July 30.

n Jessica Fox, 34, of Valatie, was arrested at 7:33 p.m. July 25 in Greenport and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She has a court date set for Aug. 13.

n Andrew Lord Sr., 30, of Gallatin, was arrested on a warrant at 1:48 a.m. July 26 in Livingston and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and has a court date set for Aug. 7.

n Jennifer Kowalski, 29, of Clermont, was arrested at 3:15 p.m. July 26 in Clermont and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief by preventing an emergency call, a class A misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance and was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Eva Jones, 33, of Philmont, was arrested at 7:21 p.m. July 26 in Philmont and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment, a violation. She has a court date set for Aug. 23.

n Bryan Moore, 31, of Craryville, was arrested at 11:36 p.m. July 26 in Copake and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a class E felony; and second-degree aggravated harassment, a class A misdemeanor. He has a court date set for Aug. 27.

n Michael Wrightington, 31, of Levittown, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. July 29 in Copake and charged with third-degree burglary, a class D felony. He was held in lieu of $2,500 bail or $5,000 bond and has a court date set for Aug. 27.
