STATE POLICE

n Tyrick P. Agnol, 20, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested at 6:46 p.m. Jan. 31 in Livingston and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Michael Worley, 25, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. Feb. 1 in Claverack and charged with second-degree criminal impersonation and second-degree obstructing governmental administration, both class A misdemeanors. He was held.

n James Worley, 52, of Schenectady, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. Feb. 1 in Claverack and charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, a class A misdemeanor. He was held in lieu of cash bail.

n Michael Worley, 25, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 3:30 a.m. Feb. 1 in Livingston and charged with second-degree assault, a class D felony; fourth-degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest, both class A misdemeanors. He was held in lieu of cash bail.

n Eric Fox, 29, of Elizaville, was arrested at 5:33 p.m. Feb. 1 in Claverack and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n David L. Bowler, 28, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. Feb. 2 in New Lebanon and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor; a right of way violation for failing to yield the right of way for an emergency vehicle, a speed violation of exceeding conditions, refusing to take a breath test and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle while on the highway, all infractions. Bowler’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Mendy Urena-Pascual, 22, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 10:08 a.m. Feb. 2 in New Lebanon and charged seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana with over 25 grams, a class B misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Bryan T. Dubay, 23, of Hartford, Connecticut, was arrested at 12:35 p.m. Feb. 2 in Claverack and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Ryan M. Firmbach, 21, of Niverville, was arrested at 1:51 a.m. Feb. 3 in Kinderhook and charged with driving while ability impaired with drugs with two prior convictions within 10 years, a class D felony; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Diana L. Huyck, 50, of Austerlitz, was arrested at 1:20 p.m. Feb. 3 in Austerlitz and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance.

n Brian P. Bauer, 40, of Stottville, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. Feb. 3 in Greenport and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Joshua D. Hubbard, 33, of Nassau, was arrested at 12:08 a.m. Feb. 4 in New Lebanon and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; having no or an inadequate plate lamp and an equipment violation of not having stop lamps, both infractions. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jade M. Schmidt, 28, of Hillsdale, was arrested at 2 p.m. Feb. 4 in Copake and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Matthew V. Dallas, 24, of Hudson, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. Feb. 4 in Greenport and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Albert C. Pine, 45, of Catskill, was arrested at 9;35 p.m. Feb. 4 in Livingston and charged with second-degree criminal contempt by disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Barrett Fleming, 20, of Granby, Connecticut, was arrested at 11:50 p.m. Feb. 4 in New Lebanon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

COLUMBIA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

n Shawna Luke, 26, of Hudson, was arrested at 1:13 a.m. Jan. 22 in Copake and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; and speeding, an infraction. She has a court date set for Feb. 25.

n Lamaar Porter, 29, of Copake, was arrested on a warrant at 10:05 p.m. Jan. 26 in Claverack and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on her own recognizance and has a court date set for Feb. 12.

n Wesley Waite Jr., 25, of Ancramdale, was arrested at 12:54 a.m. Jan. 27 in Copake and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor; and making an unsafe start, an infraction. He has a court date set for Feb. 25.

n Edward Hidley, 49, of New Lebanon, was arrested at 3:39 p.m. Jan. 29 in New Lebanon and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and has a court date set for March 14.
