STATE POLICE

n Lullea J. Harrow, 65, of Hudson, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. August 14 in Greenport and charged with prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Samantha M. Pfeiffer, 25, of Catskill, was arrested at 8:38 p.m. Aug. 14 in Greenport an charged with prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Simon J. Michaud, 21, of East Chatham, was arrested at 11:55 p.m. Aug. 15 in Canaan and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; having a controlled substance in a non-original container and unlawful possession of marijuana, both violations. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Edward Olivet, 31, of Ridge, was arrested at 2:42 p.m. Aug. 16 in Claverack and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Kathleen Charbonneua, 63, of Maplecrest, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. Aug. 16 in Livingston and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor; and stopping on a highway and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle, both infractions. She was released to a third party.

n Tyshawn C. Morris, 21, of Albany, was arrested at 11:56 p.m. Aug. 16 in Kinderhook and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Jessica L. Krzykowski, 38, of Acra, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. Aug. 17 in Greenport and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI, both unclassified misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Umut Tanrikulu, 31, of Hudson, was arrested at 8 a.m. Aug. 18 in Greenport and charged with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree aggravated harassment, both class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
