n Thomas J. Lifgren, 42, of Hudson, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. Oct. 10 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, all class A misdemeanors, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.

n Brock A. Miles, 29, of Hollowville, was arrested at 6:15 p.m. Oct. 9 in Livingston and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Laura B. Clark, 54, of Austerlitz, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. Oct. 10 in Canaan and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI, both unclassified misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Naseer I. Morgan, 22, of Claverack, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. Oct. 13 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Shadaya B. Walters, 26, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. Oct. 12 in Kinderhook and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class C felony. She was held in lieu of cash bail.

n Shaquan, Walters, 23, of the Bronx, was arrested at 6 a.m. Oct. 12 in Claverack and charged with first-degree attempting to falsify business records, a class E felony; false impersonation, a class B misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. His arrestee status is unknown.

n Brian A. Merrihew, 20, of Germantown, was arrested at 4:03 p.m. Oct. 12 in Livingston and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Clayton J. Pulver, 19, of Elizaville, was arrested at 4:03 p.m. Oct. 12 in Livingston and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n James Faulkner, 49, of Greenport, was arrested at 3:39 p.m. Sept. 19 in Greenport and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. He is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 7.

n Jael Downes, 41, of Catskill, was arrested at 9:48 a.m. Sept. 28 in Kinderhook and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and criminal obstruction of breathing, both class A misdemeanors, and second-degree harassment, a violation. He is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 22.
