n Joseph A. Medina, 63, of Austerlitz, was arrested at 9:46 a.m. Oct. 17 in Livingston and charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child under the age of 17, a class D felony. His arrestee status is unknown.

n Shawn M. Burt, 42, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 4:49 p.m. Oct. 17 in New Lebanon and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; and having a controlled substance in a non-original container, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Justin B. Clairmont, 28, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. Oct. 19 in New Lebanon and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Robert L. Newberry, 24, of Greenport, was arrested at 12:59 a.m. Oct. 20 in Kinderhook and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n David Maresco, 37, of Niverville, was arrested at 6:44 p.m. Oct. 21 in Chatham and charged with prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Berkeley R. Pirrone, 23, of East Chatham, was arrested at 3 p.m. Oct. 21 in New Lebanon and charged with third-degree bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.
