n Jon J. Smith, 24, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 8:39 p.m. Dec. 23 in Claverack and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Isabelle F. Farrell, 24, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 10:21 p.m. Dec. 23 in Claverack and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both class A misdemeanors, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Shannon T. Higgins, 52, of Catskill, was arrested at 11:57 a.m. Dec. 23 in Hudson and charged with second-degree grand larceny, a class C felony. She was held.

n Joanne M. Adair, 46, of East Greenbush, was arrested at 9 p.m. Dec. 25 in New Lebanon and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors; circumventing an interlock device, a class A misdemeanor; operating an uninspected vehicle, operating a vehicle with a restricted license, crossing road hazard markers and having an inadequate exhaust system, all infractions. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Laura M. Backlund, 34, of Hudson, was arrested at 7:41 p.m. Dec. 26 in Athens and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08%, an unclassified misdemeanor; driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction, a class E felony; and failure to stop at a stop sign, an infraction. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Gary T. Williams, 24, of Chatham, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. Dec. 26 in Chatham and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a class E felony. His arrestee status is unknown.

n Victoria L. Lewis, 29, of Patterson, was arrested at 2:24 p.m. Dec. 26 in Austerlitz and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Mary D. Doyle, 60, of Stephentown, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. Dec. 26 in New Lebanon and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors, and failure to use signal lights and crossing road hazard markings, both infractions. She was issued an appearance ticket.
