n Jennifer N. Armetta, 33, of Ancram, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. Jan. 23 in Ancram and charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest and endangering the welfare of a child, all class A misdemeanors. She was released on her own recognizance.

n Kevin Raymond, 24, of Nassau, was arrested at 10:45 a.m. Jan. 23 in Kinderhook and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Michael P. Hollner, 27, of Albany, was arrested at 1:35 p.m. Jan. 23 in New Lebanon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Michael J. Mangia, 22, of Smithtown, was arrested at 9:32 p.m. Jan. 245 in Claverack and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Tara Rios, 47, of Hudson, was arrested at 10:17 a.m. Jan. 25 in Livingston and charged with a first-degree hate crime, a class A misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance.

n Clarence W. Risch, 50, of Greenport, was arrested at 11:03 a.m. Jan. 26 in Greenport and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Edgard G. Hernandez, 21, of the Bronx, was arrested at 2:08 a.m. Jan. 28 in Greenport and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI, both unclassified misdemeanors. His arrestee status is unknown.
